good caring staff! They were so knowledgeable from the customer work rep, to the technician all the way to installation tech! was so professional and treated us like we were family to get our air up and running as as possible. I highly recommend this company!

Our A/C went out on Memorial day. I used their online request service. The next morning I was called at 7:15, they were at my building by 8 to do an estimate, and by 5 that afternoon a new unit had been installed. Couldn't be happier with the professionalism, and response time.

The repairman did an wonderful job, was polite, knowledgeable, and was on time. He lefty all areas clean and explained all on his findings in detail and gave us the cost of the ozone replacement light we have in the attic. I also asked him to be assigned to the two rental houses we have under contract with the company.

Air today goes above and beyond to take care of HVAC concerns! They installed a new system in May for us and then corrected several things that went wrong within just a few months without any additional cost. That level of customer work and quality project is priceless!
The repairman came early and was courteous and professional. His inspection of my units was thorough, and he explained the special pricing on the inspection was really nice.

They were so nice. Although busy they made sure I was serviced in a timely manner. Even the young woman that answered the phone and questions for me was polite. That makes a large difference when your furnace is out. The kindness and fast scheduling made a big difference.
