We have used Loma Linda Heat&Air for yrs, from maintenance to home inspection for their professional services. I have to agree with other reviews. Their honesty & integrity are one of the many qualities we look for and appreciate in a business. This year was no different. We needed they’re service and they were attentive & efficient. The knowledge they have is always reassuring and matches the quality work done. The entire staff are friendly & courteous. The repair crew this time was Javier & Ricardo, they went straight to work & did a fantastic job. They were also careful with our home interior. We want to say thank you to Mr. Miles for his business through out the years. We will definitely continue using their services, & we recommend them to our friends & family.
Loma Linda Heat & Air worked with our roofer company to install the new HVAC unit, and duct work. Javier, the foreman, and his team were friendly, extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional throughout the installation process. They worked with the roofers to do their part without being in each others way. All of Loma Linda Heat & Air staff are really great people to work with, and they go out of their way. I highly recommend this company to everyone, and will be using them in the future.
You get what you pay for and when someone is good at what they do it is always impressive to watch them in action. I ordered a Quietcool whole house fan and Javier arrived within the time window agreed upon. I had cleared out my garage for him to have plenty of work space and in an hour and a half he was done. It was very obvious that he was very comfortable performing this installation and he made it look easy. When he finished, he took the time to answer all questions. Ask for Javier and you won’t be disappointed.
Had them come out to check my heater very professional and very kind and honest I would highly recommend this company Miles was so very kind he explained what the problem was.

Our existing heating system went down and it was getting pretty cold for the Redlands area. Loma Linda H&A came through for us, installing a new split system to end the long cold nights. They went above and beyond trough the Holiday weekend to get the project up and running. Our thanks to the crew for a job well done. We look forward to a strong relationship with Loma Linda.
Super friendly family owned business that always keeps my systems running at top notch. The owner Miles is always so friendly and sometimes is actually the person who comes out to service your hvac system. Javi is his lead technician and he always knows what he’s doing and gets things done the first time around. Becca, the sweet office girl, is always so friendly to answer any questions I may have and always gets back to me when she needs to ask more information from a technician or when I leave a message. I always trust Loma Linda heat and air with any of my hvac issues or concerns and I’m never disappointed.
Recent rains have delayed installing a part needed to get our heat going again. Our unit is up on the roof, which means we needed a window of dry skies to keep the parts dry and the service-man safe. The office kept trying, Miles kept trying—-until today, final success. I didn’t even know he was already up on the roof until I heard the heat come on. I had agreed to a ballpark quote. But he was not ready with an invoice. I promised to drop by the office for bill and payment. Told me no worries and had to take off quick to take care of another address before the rain restarts. He just wanted to make sure we had warmth going again. THANK YOU for EXCELLENT SERVICE delivered with real concern and kindness.

Javier & team installed our New unit 3 years ago and it’s been working perfectly. Rebecca is professional and keeps us updated. They have a good team and I recommend them to everyone.
