Western Equipment came to check a rattling noise on my unit. Luckily nothing serious was found but Jimmy still thoroughly check my unit, tightened bolts. I was late arriving but he waited for me which I really appreciated.

This was a very scary situation and the folks at Western Equipment handled it fast, fair, and with total professionalism. While working from home I kept smelling something burning (like an electrical smell). I kept looking around the house and when I went up into the attic, the wiring leading to my air conditioner was arcing and had burned through the insulation, just short of starting a fire in the attic. After shutting off the circuit breaker, I called Western Equipment (Veronica). They sent out a technician the next morning (Ray) who diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a couple of hours (including a trip to get parts). They not only fixed the problem but serviced the A/C and it's now working as good as if it was new. I cannot express my gratitude enough for a job well done. This could have been a total catastrophe but the folks at Western Equipment are the BEST IN THE BUSINESS. I will use them for all of my HVAC needs...you should too.

AC quit working just as we were getting a 110 F heat wave. Called and they came out next day. Technician checked out the system and found a bad capacitor. Replaced bad part then checked out system and verified everything else was good. Repair was just over $200 and much less than I had feared. Recommended and will use again if needed.

I called them in the evening when my home air conditioning quit, they came out promptly the next day, fixed it very quickly, charged a very reasonable price, and had the system up and running in an amazingly short time! They came highly recommended, had been out once before (to fix my heater during the winter), and they are my first choice any time in the future for any HVAC needs
