The Pennies team is helpful and prompt! Same day, they came out to help solve our furnace issues AND completed all work necessary, including installation.They ensured my family had heat before the Thanksgiving holiday, displaying great care. Practicing great patience, communication, and understanding, Mr. Johnny and Mr. Filmon answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns along the way. Came out same day called and was able to replaced my whole A/C the next day! Joel was super knowledgeable and understanding. Ivy, Ivy Jr and Johnnie installed very fast. Great experience all around.

Our AC stopped working Saturday night. Sunday morning I called and Filmon came that same day. He told us what the problem is. Gave us a temporary fix until the problem can be solved. Overall very professional and polite.

Pennies was supremely responsive when we urgently needed service to our AC. Our repairman (Filmon Findlay) was extremely courteous and professional and had our AC up and working in a short time. Very thankful to Filmon and Pennies for being there when we needed them.

Filmon was great! I called Pennies Solar & Air Conditioning at 11:23; technician Filmon arrived at 11:34 and my AC was fixed and running by 12!

2 AC systems were not working well in rental. Filmon came and fix electrical problems and price was very reasonable. I will continue to use their service in the future. Good job!
Filmon was our tech. He showed up within the stated time slot. Filmon was very knowledgeable and was able to make our air conditioning repair quickly! Our electric to the unit was out which he diagnosed instantly! We would recommend Filmon to you and your family because the service was great, he is very pleasant and even when it was 100° outside, he showed up with a smile and laughter!
