Our AC stopped blowing cool air in the midst of a heat wave. I called Ortiz air and they made an appointment with us the same day only a few hours later !!! Fixed the problem quickly for reasonable price. They are very kind and professional. Highly recommend!

Requested for an A/C unit to be installed, after being recommended here. They refused my work stating they will not install a unit the customer owns. Makes no sense, as I was refered by someone who has had them install multiple customer owned units. 1 star quality CPR.

I recommend this company, my heater has been out for most of the year i thought it was the igniter,so I decided to call around an get it fixed before it gets cold in the A.V 1st company I called,They came out an fixed the sensor then we had heat right on time 2 nights later it was cold in my house.
I read previous reviews, that's what prompted me to give them a call, my Central Air has not been working properly for a while now it would turn on for about 5 minutes, blow some air, not even cold air then turn off, it wouldn't even blow heat. I called Ortiz Air on 6/17/19 at 6:30 in the evening, I was all ready to leave a message, I really wasn't expecting anyone to answer the phone but someone did, Martin to be exact, he was polite and helpful he told me it would be a 45.00 service call to come out and diagnose the problem and if I chose to have the problem repaired the 45.00 goes towards the repair fees, Martin gave me an appointment for the next day between the hours of 8:30-10:30 am, I was happy and surprised that I got an appointment so soon, today 6/18/19 Ortiz air-conditioning specialist Emmanuel and Rueben came in the allotted appointment time, diagnosed the problem quickly and told m how much it would cost to have the repairs done, I let out a big sigh of relief when I was informed that it would only be 120.00 to replace the part that wasn't communicating properly to turn the air on and off. I feel that the work was done quickly, efficiently and most of all, at a reasonable price, I would use there service again and recommend them as well.
I really cannot recommend Ortiz Air enough! Our AC in our all-in-one HVAC unit for our house went out last year in 2018 and of course, as they all do, it went out in the hottest time of the year, it was some time between July and August. We called about 3 different companies before calling Ortiz Air. We know that calling Heating and Air companies at that time of the season and getting an appointment any time soon is difficult because they are all busy. The first company we called said they would call us back and never did. The second company we called didn't pick up the phone. The third company was the same as the first. By then, we found Ortiz Air. We called them and they immediately answered and even gave us an appointment the same day. The guy came out and informed us our unit was from the 80's, it had a leak, and gave us the price for the replacement coolant and the cost to repair the leak. He was honest and said that the repair might not 100% fix the leak because of the units age. So, we discussed how much it would be to replace the entire unit. They gave us a quote right away and even worked with us on the price. We scheduled an appointment for 2 days later. They came and installed it within about 4 or 5 hours and we had AC in our house again. They were the only company to pick up the phone when we called, schedule an appointment to come out, come out the same day, and have our problem fixed for us within 3 days at the hottest time of the year. They even came out later that year and just recently for two more problems we though we were having. The first time we were having a leak in our roof and we thought it was from the new HVAC unit so we called, explained what was happening, and they scheduled an appointment for a day or two later. They came out, checked and said everything looks good, but they went the extra mile and double sealed it for free. It turns out, it was not the unit at all and the leak was due to something else. The last time we called them was
THE BEST CAME RIGHT OUT AFTER 8PM HAD IT RUNNING IN 5 MINUTES !
