My service was prompt, efficient and professional. When I needed the system to be checked they again where prompt and explained everything to me. I so appreciated the guys fixing our system asap as it was a heatwave and family was arriving from MN and AK. I also appreciated the detailed explanation of the problem and giving me different options to fix the air. thank you K4 Heating and Cooling, it would have been "hell" for my family in our desert heat! We were having issues with our AC not cooling and I contacted the K4 team. They immediately responded and gave me a same day appointment. Within a few hours of contacting them, they arrived and fixed our AC! Super responsive and great service.

One of the best A/C contractor! Very responsive and friendly! Also very professional! Fixed my A/C wiring in less then 10 minutes! Now we finally have A/C upstairs! Thank you so much Fernando! I will be a returning customer if I ever have any more issues with my A/C or heater!

This Company is amazing honestly. Came out and got the job done fast. One thing I want to metion is that he did not overcharge me and I provided such short notice however he still came to save the day. Thank you Fernando and I will sleep well now.

Two months ago our AC unit broke down and 9 month pregnant; due any day. I began calling every heating and cooling company here in AV and booked appointments one after another for 3 days straight. Honestly, working with Fernando and his team was the best decision. He answered every question and concern politely & courteously. This gentleman has extensive knowledge and experience. They did a full replacement, relocated the AC unit from our back yard to one side of our home and all of this was accomplished within that same week. We received every update via text though a service software which was pretty cool. Fernando was the first man to arrive, checking our AC unit on what it needed and did the last inspection when everything was completed. Also, our power outlets stopped working from our bathrooms and he was very kind to have them checked by an electrician at no charge. The whole team went far and beyond our expectation. Don't hesitate! Give them a call. I will recommend K4 Heating & Cooling to all of our family, friends & will keep him in mind for future projects.
Fernando is awesome! He serviced my HVAC after 5 pm on a Saturday( same day service). He showed me what to do to try to keep my units running longer and better. He did not try to up sell me anything - he is who I will use going forward.-Troy Cassity
Came out on a Saturday early (rain delay) swapped out a compressor & other parts, purge and full recharge. Always kept me informed on parts ordered status. Was professional from start to finish. Repair quote was almost half of other businesses. Will recommend to anyone I know. Steve- Cal City

Horrible business. They took almost 3 weeks to fix our AC unit. On top of that they messed our smart thermostat, & tried to get out of fixing it. They told us that once we got new parts for new thermostat they would come back & reinstall it but went back on their word.

W-A-R-N-I-N-G. Fernando (the owner of K3 Mechanical) is N-O-T the person/company you want to hire for anything. We have a number of problems with our new AC and Furnace unit and their installation, and once the money cleared their bank that they were paid, they now are not returning our calls or texts about getting the job completed the right way. We have a huge vibration inside our wall now that is keeping our young child up and is scaring him. They could care less and it's unfortunate this is how they treat customers. His technicians contradicted themselves multiple times as has Fernando (the owner of K3 Mechanical). They also scratched our new AC unit by dragging it across our new concrete and damaged the inside of our home in multiple areas. We are in the process of contacting our attorney and having a City Building Enforcement Code Inspector look over the work they did on our AC unit and Furnace.
