My AC unit broke down during a heat wave and they were at my home early in the morning, discovered that I needed a new condenser and had it installed within 24 hours. They were punctual, professional and prompt with the maintenance. The price was more than fair. After dealing with other repair servicemen, I can not see myself calling anyone else but K4. Can not understate the value of quality and craftsmanship. Thank you all!

They came out on time, figured out the problem in less than a few minutes, tested their hypothesis with a replacement part and the cost was affordable. Very personable and courteous. I'll definitely use them again.
I want to commend this business for its professionalism and promptness. My outside A/C decided to quit working, and knowing nothing about any of this I was lucky enough to choose the right business, in every way. My house is now in the process of cooling down and the price was much less than I had expected. I strongly recommend to anyone needing service or repair using this company.
