Amazing customer service
I went to the plumbing side and received excellent service. Highly recommend.
Helped me right off the bat and explained what the the components are and it’s function. Helped me diagnose and replace the AC Contactor myself, saving me $$$$.

I'm very sorry about this Ferguson HVAC was no help. Waited Saturday and Sunday morning to fix our furnace hot surface ignitor . Woke up 6am to get ready to fix this problem for my family. Next thing this One the guy that work there said we only sell to licensed contractor. Nothing on website said that'll so sell to licensed contractor only . Very bad

One of lady employee were deaf friendly via writing communication and gesture. The store sell to public comparing other store that only sell to contractors. However, the pricing is $$$$.
