We have used them twice. Once for our inside air conditioner condenser and pan about 2 years ago. The repair is going strong! And just recently for the outside capacitor went out and blew some fuses as well. The tech was efficient, diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to complete the repair on the same visit to diagnose the issue. I am super impressed and the bill was reasonable. Thank you for the amazing and reliable service. 10 out of 10 recommend these guys!
They didn’t work on my neighbors house and trampled my garden after repeatedly asking them to look out my whole bok choy ruined because they didn’t have a folding ladder this is stupid my property was destroyed
WOW, my a/c went out at my business, so I called a company that I've used in the past. They told me my whole system needed to be replaced and they would send me a quote. Still waiting several days later, I decided I'd give Fire & Ice a call. The nice young lady that answered the phone said it would probably be the following morning before someone would come out, but she would let me know if someone could make it that same day. A couple of hours later, a big red truck pulled up. A guy named Joe checked it out and noticed that the company that told me I needed a new unit had recently replaced the blower motor and it wasn't wired into the unit properly along with a couple of other minor problems that he fixed. He charged me $262, which was more than fair and saved me a ton!! I'm so happy I called Fire & Ice..Thank you Joe! Youu're the man!!

Prompt, professional, and reliable service. We had Joe out to help with a leaking drain pan for our HVAC system in the attic. He quickly solved the problem and did not overcharge.
Great job. Unit is 17 years old and installed by them. First real problem. Called for an appointment and they came the same day. Fuse and capacitor failure. Repaired on site. EXCELLANT SERVICE.

I have dealt with second rate hvac companies in the past. My recent experience with Fire and Ice Heating and Air Conditioning has given me a new perspective on how hvac companies should operate. Very Satisfied. The owner Justin and his team are very friendly and knowledgeable. Our 45 year old HVAC unit blew up on a hot summer day. We freaked out because water started leaking from the roof and the AC stopped working! Their team was able to order a new unit last minute and squeeze us in a few days later for install!!! Thank you again!

First time customer. Company was recommended by a friend. The whole experience was very good. They got me on their schedule very quickly. The technician was on time and did an excellent job. He explained what he was doing along the way and kept me informed. I had my furnace checked out before using it for the season. Based on this experience and a reasonable price for the service, I would definitely use them again!

They recently did a repair on one of my rentals when the AC unit was not switching on. I feared the worst, that I would have to buy a new unit. They diagnosed the problem immediately, and showed me what is it was and that I needed to replace the part. It worked as soon as the part was replaced, my tenants were happy. It was one off the hottest weeks of the summer of 2018, and they still made time for my tenants even though other San Diego local HVAC companies told me next week. So greatful for the team at Fire and Ice.
My client a elderly disable man recently had wanted a new furnace. - Steve came out and told us his current one was just fine went above and beyond to help him ,He brought us Steve the tech who also was extremely patient w my client -listen to him, did as my client asked which really wasn’t in his job description- anyways they r a terrific company and save My guy thousands of dollars- Bille Howe quoted us $6000 for this same problem - we ended up paying $136 -Howe said we had to replace furnace after 5mins

Had a $1200.00 repair to heat pump in February. Had to call two weeks later for same problem. In December had same problem. Tech came out and said no problem found. Now not working at all, have to replace whole unit.
