Marvel is the only company we need to take care of everything at home and the office! We have used them for both locations and they continue to provide maintenance and new installations for us. From the owner to the office folks and technicians these are the nicest and most efficient people we have ever had taking care of our heating and a/c needs! Great people!
We were so happy that a neighbor recommended Marvel Air Conditioning to us. Our ancient AC and Heating units needed to be replaced, and Marvel worked with our schedule to make it happen. Gerry and Shawna were amazing! Our situation presented a unique installation challenge and Marvel worked with us to problem solve and get it all figured out. The installation team was great to work with as well. We opted for a Heat Pump, and couldn’t be happier with our choice! It’s been a little over a month now, and we’ve had a chance to use both the AC and heating functions, and I’ve got to say, it’s awesome! Highly recommend Marvel and their products!
We got to know Marvel through a recommendation. Their bid was actually lower than some of the "Big Names," My HVAC was an antique, probably came along with the house, when it was built in 1970. We had asbestos in the duct as insulation. There was an older heat pump system probably heat plate or something, which was a power monger. Mr Gerry of Marvel did a fantastic job of replacing the entire system. First of all Gerry helped us with taking care of the abatement company for removing asbestos. Two of his excellent crews Oscar and Oscar got to the Job and were very extensive and detail oriented. They were very prompt, courteous and flexible on the timings too. Once the job was done, they took care of all the ascetic details of keeping the installed area look very good. The entire work took 3 days. Awesome Job!! Mr Gerry told me ‘ I will not disappoint you’ and he stands true to his word I have already recommended Marvel (Gerry) to my friends. Give them a try and you will not be disappointed!!!
Happy to say that Gerry was super patient and helpful. I called late Saturday to go over my issue and had someone here on Monday and problem was FIXED. Thank you Love the people and the service!!! Highly recommend Marvel AC
Marvel Air has been servicing and installing HVAC equipment for me, a General Contractor, my Father who ran contractors for a group of Auto Dealerships, and many people we referred to them outside of those descriptions. Gerry listens to our needs and always has a creative but professional solution. His attention to our needs made those projects easy and worry free. The ownership of the workmanship and willingness to back up products they use is also amazing and unrivaled. I had one instance where 8 years after installation I found a problem that was related to the installation, within a week Marvel Air was on site and it was taken care of. I can't say enough good things about Gerry and Marvel Air, you can trust the advice, trust the work, and trust the product. Wish I knew about these guys earlier, I got their name on a recommendation. Their bid was actually lower than some of the "Big Names," but damn they did a fantastic job!!! I live in an older house that I had AC put into years ago. Over the years you can tell something was just not right. These guys came in and put in a new system. It has never worked so well. It took them 3 days to completely rip out the old system and install a new one, prompt, courteous and the crew was always working. 5 stars is not good enough for these guys. Give them a try and you surely won't be disappointed.

For 16 years I have struggled with the summer heat and winter cold weather. After researching many companies, I decided to go with Marvel Air, family owned. Jerry, the owner, provided me with a reasonable pricing and financing that I can afford. His team, install a brand new heating and cooling system, removal of asbestos, and new ducking throughout my house. They did an outstanding job, I am very pleased with the results. I recommend them for their excellent job.
I would give them a higher mark if I could. My A/C wasn't working and the company that put in our unit was giving us the run-around. The fuse on our A/C had blown a couple of times and they couldn't figure out what the problem was. I called and talked to Gerry at Marvel Air Conditioning and Heating. Not only did he spend time on the phone with me to understand what the problem was, but he came over on short notice and was able to diagnose it. The company that put in our A/C unit charged $275 and didn't fix the problem. Marvel Air Conditioning and Heating charged only $104. Not only exceptional service but what a reasonable price! I will always call them in the future!
Excellent, knowledgable service. I highly recommend this company. We called during the heatwave of September 2020 (it got up to 111 F in our city). I knew that we would have to get in line to get an appointment time because the company would be overwhelmed with calls. Marvel had excellent ratings and I felt that it would be worth it to wait the week for the earliest available appointment. It was worth the wait. Service was professional, courteous, and efficient. A very positive experience. Again, I recommend Marvel.
Marvel AC, in conjunction with the manufacturer, replaced my 8 year old ac compressor under my 10 year warranty at no cost to me. I have been a customer of Marvel for eight years and have always been very satisfied with their service. Tom N.
