I have recently purchased a brand new computer that had to be uploaded from my old one that just died on me - like the entire contents and all my data. They were able to transfer everything to the new computer and save ALL - I mean ALL my data. We did not lose a thing and they were so accommodating. I also receive the best and most personal service every time I go in to Staples. They are like family. Many of their employees have been with them for years and that speaks for the organization. FYI! I worked with the La Quinta store and their tech person is just phenomenal. Here name is Edna.
Really bad experience trying to print my business cards I ask for help to print for some of my own logos and spend more than 40 minutes and not body helps
Needed refill for my soda stream canisters. They had them. Easy peasy. Everyone was helpful.

I have never reviewed any stores or complained about anyone in this world because I totally understand that life is hard. Since I am working in the service industry I know that we have to deal with all kind of people. You may have a bad day, but please don’t give me that look and attitude! Jesus crying! I am so sorry for this store! Customer service is the key ma’am
Kudos to staples supporting those who need assistance at this time. I wirnessed a patron trying to send FAX to the unemployment agency. They have temporary ongoing coupon that waives fees those that need help sending a FAX because of COVID-19 dilemma. They also are running a 25% off discount of all purchases for first responders.
This is my favorite place to do business. The staff are all exceptionally nice and helpful. There is never any pressure to buy. The store is light and airy and not crowded. Their prices can't be beat--compare the printer, laptop, etc; prices to those next door and you will see what I mean!
I needed a ergonomic trackball and not only did they know what I was talking, they had one. In and out in about 10 minutes. I will shop here again.
I love the staff there. They are always so nice and seem to go out of there way to help. I wanted to take advantage of $20 off $100 in store. I was taking back some empty ink cartridges for the rewards, and picking up some ink cartridges. After I got to the car I was looking over my purchase and saw that one of inks expiration date was Oct 2014 (4.5 yrs ago), so I walked right back in and they replaced it quickly and apologized.
