I needed a thermostat installation for a Google Nest that was a housewarming gift. I am not very savvy and knew I needed professional installation. Fix heating and cooling #2 is superb. "E" was accommodating to my schedule, arrived promptly, and cleaned up after himself. He is very knowledgeable and was patient when explaining the app to me. He took the time to demonstrate how to use the newly installed thermostat. "E" graciously looked at my system, did some fine tuning and provided helpful tips to keep my system running efficiently through the winter and upcoming higher temps. Highly recommend this company for ALL your cooling/heating needs.
This is the second time I have used Fix Heating and Cooling. I was impressed with the great quality work he did several years ago on an AC unit, thus, I called him again. This time, in one of my rental properties, a tenant reported the gas company red tagged the heater due to carbon monoxide retention. Eulises conducted his diagnosis and determined the carbon monoxide was not venting property because the venting pipe was damaged. He replaced the pipe using the correct size. He also removed the wall heater and cleaned it out by shaking all the debris and trash that accumulates over time. He was on time and explained everything in an easy language that I could understand.
