We had the best experience remodeling our master bathroom with RK Industries Group. The project team was knowledgeable of material choices and was able to direct us to places to shop for tile, sinks, and fixtures. They kept us updated and visited several times to check on the progress of the job. The project team quickly addressed and resolved any concerns we had. The on-site work team was equally courteous, skilled, and professional. Everything was completed as we wished. We were so pleased with RK's level of workmanship and customer support that we are now renovating our kitchen with them.

Had an appointment with this guy Randy and he didn't have the the courtesy to even call to say he was not going to show up. Just flaked. Disrespectful, stay away.
I have nothing but the best to say of our experience dealing with RK Industries. Randy and Gabriela (project manager) always stayed on top of things and always answered promptly any questions we had. The kitchen remodel went smoothly and quickly. There were some minor glitches but got resolved promptly. The guys installing our HVAC were great. They even went above and beyond to get everything installed correctly (sorry for the cactus needles!) . Highly receommend this company to everyone!
Unlike so many contractors, RK Industries showed up to work on repairs I needed in my home on time! I was expecting them to take all day to accomplish the job, but it only took them a few hours! They were not only quick, but they were also very thorough and did a great job! I couldn't be happier with their work and their polite, respectful, and professional communication, both before and during their visit to my home. There wasn't a task too small for RK Industries and I loved their "can do" attitude and quality of work. I would highly recommend RK Industries Group for any installation or repairs you may have that require a skilled professional. Randy and his skilled HVAC team with an addition of his plumbers, and cabinet workers did a truly amazing job at my condo replacing my whole internal and external HVAC unit, new closet for HVAC, water heater, re-piping of corroded valves, cleared minor blockages of pipes, and installed a new outdoor water faucet to attach a hose. It’s hard to find any company, especially contractors, who under-promise and over-deliver at an unbeatable price. Randy’s communication, transparency, integrity, efficiency, and respect for property was greatly appreciated, and I have already referred his company to my neighbors, friends, and family. Best of the very best! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
RK Industries Group remodeled my entire kitchen, installed recess lights throughout the house, refinishing built-in cabinets in the bonus room, fixed plumbing issues, patched & painted walls throughout the house after removal of old intercoms and very outdated light fixtures and mounteda TV over the fireplace. Everyone was very professional, punctual and polite. We moved into the house while the construction was occurring, however every part of the project was coordinated seamlessly and the turnaround time from start to finish was so impressive. The results are impeccable and we love our new house! The house had a complete makeover and we are so pleased with how everything turned out. I would recommend RK Industries Group and will call them again for any future home improvement or HVAC projects.
Randy, Neil, Mohamed & Jennifer were amazing. Not only did they make sure everything was up to code, they were updating me along the entire process since unforeseen items came up due to my place being so old. They are honest, answered all my questions and patiently explained everything I didn't understand. Even after it was completed and working, Randy followed up to confirm. Such amazing customer service which is not easy being in peak busy time and in this heat! Very grateful for them. I felt very well taken care of and will definitely be using them going forward for all my HVAC needs.
RK Industries provided the installation of a new AC and heating system for our home. The staff was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable in this field. The instillation of the heat and cooling system was a quick process for our home. Randy was accessible and actively supervised the task at hand. Randy personally provided follow up and made adjustments to the system based on our personal needs. We are pleased with the final product and highly rememend RK Industries! 😊 his team rocks!

Randy is highly knowledgeable and thorough. Another homeowner in my building replaced their AC a while ago and I knew mine needed the same. I had an estimate from another contractor from a couple years before and it seemed too high. Randy walked me through everything that needed to happen and I thought the price was very reasonable. I had delayed the work due to the current pandemic but when temperatures were in the 90's I could not put it off any longer. Randy assured me all precautions would be taken to make me feel safe. He had three guys show up and they treated my home as their own. They were very professional kept me informed as to how everything was going. I highly recommend the RK Industries team to perform any AC work, a true pleasure to deal with

They have been great with the complications trying to get an AC replacement approved, and during this the heater decided to fail. They were able to get the heater up and running and save us from yet another unwanted cost!

We recently replaced our entire central air system. Randy and his team were outstanding. With our busy schedules Randy and his team worked around us and made the experience easy. From the first walk through where Randy took the time to explain to me about the system and it’s operation to our final walk through after all the work was completed made me know I selected the right company.
