I was truly dreading this summer. All of my interactions with Rick were awesome, he is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and honest! I received 5 quotes from other vendors but chose Raincross Cooling and Heating over the rest because of Rick! He was thorough and took his time to explain everything to me. He never made me feel pressured into making a decision like the other companies. He kept me in le loop with his progress and worked around our schedule. He was easy to trust to the point where we left him our house key to let himself in so we didn’t delay the installation of our new HVAC system! The end result is a very happy family that is no longer dreading the weather. Thank you Rick!!
Rick was great. He arrived quickly, fixed the problem and was a reasonable price.
Professional, honest, fast, efficient service. Strongly recommend! Rick went above and beyond to make sure our system was up to par. Replaced our outside unit and furnace coil. Very responsive and knows exactly what he's doing.

Called with air conditioning problem and was able to get appointment immediately. Arrived on time and very courteous. Got the problem fixed checked out whole system at a very reasonable price
Mike showed up shortly before the window of time that he told me he would (big plus to not be waiting around all day!) Very knowledgeable about what the problem was and how to fix it. Super professional. Reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!
