The old man there can be a little more friendly
After working with guys at Johnstone for several years, I changed my impressions. Thank you George! Thank you Gino! You guys have been very helpful in the last couple of years!
Really good customer service Mr. Jorge And Mr. Gino they always taking care of me with the hospitality I recommend all my friends to come to this place for the same reason hospitality
Jonstone is my go to place for all my Hvac needs. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on all equipment! Great stock of equipment as well!
The crew there has a lot of knowledge. Johnstone had tons of different parts when needed. When I go there we have plenty of laughs. Great job fellas.
I go to Johnstone Irwindale branch 21. For all my Hvac needs. Fernando Gino loue and the boys all know me by Jacob my First name and that I work for accurate. They always have everything I need and have my orders ready for me when I need to pick them up. They are quick to track down parts for me and always get back to me quickly when they are busy
Have been here 2x now in the last few weeks and each time the employees are not friendly and act as if customers are a bother. Both times we stood quietly in line waiting to be acknowledged as it appeared they were busy finishing something up. No problem. But when you are finally acknowledged its with an eye roll and a sigh. Gave 3 stars because they are very knowledgeable of their products but leave customers feeling unwelcome.

This place is a joke. Terrible customer service.
Friendly, helpful and had exactly the relay I was looking for to fix my A/C condenser unit.
I have shopped here for years the counter guys are probably the most knowledgeable group I know. Always friendly and helpful.
Don't need to be a licensed contractor to buy electrical parts such as fuses or capacitors which are the most common things that need replacement.
