RKM is propessional and attentive to every detail. They listened to what was needed and didn’t oversell. They kept us apprised of each step in the install and any other items that were needed. I definitely will be using them again if needed in the future!
The only place ill call when my heater or air conditioner doesn't work.
RKM has been a life saver for us , when we bought our house , someone stole our air conditioning unit. It was the beginning of August and it was 108 degrees. I gave RKM a call because we needed a new air conditioning unit fast. RKM gave a us what we needed for the size of our house, and energy efficiency too. They didn't try to sell us what we didn't need like most places do or over charge us. RKM are totally honest and reliable. Give them a call. I always recommend them to everyone I meet that needs their Service and they too tell me they are Great. Thank you so much RKM. You guys are Simply the best!
I ORDERED A GENUINE DIRECT REPLACEMENT FAN FOR MYAC UNIT AND PAID OVER $200.00. WHEN THE PARTS ARRIVED THEY WERE NOT THE SAME AS THE ORIGINAL AND NOT A DIRECT REPLACEMENT. THEY WERE CHEAP KNOCK OFF PARTS THAT WERE MADE IN CHINA, NOT CORRECT AND NOT RECOMMENDED FOR MY AC SYSTEM. I SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER THERESA AT RGM HVAC AND SHE WOULD NOT ADMIT TO THE MISTAKE EVEN THOUGH THE BOX CLEARLY STATED IT WAS NOT RECOMENDED FOR MY AC AND IT WAS CLEARLY OBVIOUS THE PARTS WERE DIFFRENT WHEN YOU LOOKED AT THEM. RGM WOULD NOT EXCHANGE THE PART OR EVEN TRY TO HELP WITH A RESOLUTION. THE MANAGER THERESA WANTED TO CHAGE A 65.00 SERVICE FEE JUST TO SPEAK TO A TECHNICIAN OVER THE PHONE TO VERIFY THET PART WAS NOT CORRECT. RGM HVAC DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICE THEY SELL.
