Alexey arrived on time and provided top notch service. Addressed my issue with my washer and quoted me at a reasonable price. He carried extra parts with him and finished the job in less than an hour. Would highly recommend!

I did not end up hiring them but inquired for a quote on placing new ductwork for my existing HVAC. They showed up on time for the on site inspection. Their pricing though was not competitive and by far, compared to other quotes I got.
We were in dire need in having our fridge/freezer repaired. They were prompted in their response and repair was done timely resulting in not having to dispose of all the contents in the fridge and freezer. Would recommend.

Would highly recommend. I contacted them in the morning and they were out to our house by 11:30am, fixed our washer and were very professional and punctual. They texted me when they were on their way. Would definitely use them again for any appliance repair!

We were happy with the time and professionalism of the technician. We received a text message with confirmation and time of arrival. We were given a 3:00pm-5:00pm window, not making us wait all day like my experience with BestBuy last week. In addition, the receipt and invoice were emailed to us almost immediately after the repair was done. Our refrigerator seems to be working just fine 24 hrs after repair. Technician had to order parts and things happened exactly as we were told. We will recommend this company to anyone in need of appliances repair. We will definitely use them again. Great experience. I appreciated so much that technician said my fridge have a circuit board issue problem and he didn’t push for a service to replace it. Honest, on time, courteous.

Sergei actually came early. It took him about 10 minutes to diagnose the issue. Wasn’t the washing machine, it was the water heater. He showed me where it was leaking on the platform.

Yashar was phenomenal! He was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, thorough, responsive and went above and beyond in everything that he did and inspected. He pulled out a clump of calcium from our clogged fridge water dispenser and cleaned everything dirty that he saw! I will always request him in the future.
Excellent customer service! Scheduler Erick was professional and responded all my questions. Technician Arthur was polite and professional. He did a fast diagnostic and proceeded to fix the problem after I gave to him the authorization. Most amazing, he was working to fix the damaged part, contrary to other technicians who asked me for money in advance to order the part. Arthur left working my washer, really I am so happy and grateful with him and this business. They are the best! 👍👍👍
Sergey is the best !!! Fixed our Subzero ice maker. Another insurance appliance person told us dryer filter clogged needed maintenance. We chose Sergey to clean it, he checked all out with temperature gauge, flow gauge, took apart metal pipe, checked outside flow it was perfect, not clogged!!!!!!! 😊
