They were able to recommend a new water heater that fit my needs and budget, and installed it quickly and efficiently. They made sure to explain how to use the new water heater, and answered any questions I had. My new water heater works perfectly, and I appreciate the exceptional service provided by HVAC Alliance Expert.

Our HVAC system was installed around three weeks ago. Since the incorrect part was placed from the start, it was not functioning properly. Who checks items before they are installed? When I was informed that the team would wear gloves, they put handprints on our wall, doors, and staircase instead. They damaged our backyard pavers and chipped a section of our closet door. The expert let the oil to pour all over the pavers and acted pretty unprofessionally when asked about it. When I got the statement, I discovered that it was wrong and that they were billing us for more than what we agreed to in the contract.
For all of their services, HVAC Alliance Expert charges over twice as much, which feels dishonest and sleazy and leaves the work incomplete. I don't understand how they can morally charge hundreds of dollars per man hour for the simplest work. There are undoubtedly cheaper and better prices available elsewhere. Unreliable and a rip-off.
This company is amazing! Prices are fantastic! They are trustworthy and arrived right on time. My walls look SO much better now!!! They did their job perfectly! I will be using them again in the near future!! Contact them! It will definitely be worth it. Thankyou HVAC!!!
Let me say this first: The tech was fantastic!!!! He was incredibly respectful, competent, and knowledgable. On our HVAC and heating system, he did a fantastic job. I was given a terrific bargain and they even restored a couple pieces! These people are the real deal, and I fully trust them to work on my system once more when the time comes. I definitely suggest them.
I am grateful to the guy for his assistance with my A/C issues. Despite the fact that the unit was relatively new, the house was not receiving as much cold air as it should. After making certain adjustments, the air became much better. The free estimate includes everything. Eventually upgraded a couple components to make it even better. Very pleased with their promptness and communication. I heartily recommend this superb group!

The nicest aspect of his approach, in my opinion, was that he listened to our issues and made recommendations for fixes. He attempted to explain why things were the way they were and carefully outlined the advantages and disadvantages of each strategy. He will be our first pick when we upgrade our AC, even if we opted to wait until next spring.

I called them to troubleshoot my furnace because I had previously used their services. The technician was dispatched after he suggested that my nearly 20-year-old heating unit be replaced. He took the time to inform me about the heating and cooling systems available in the market, and the costs are reasonable compared to those of other businesses.
We contacted them to come out and take a look because we had a problem with our A/C not functioning. They responded quickly and efficiently. The technician quickly identified the issue as a defective thermostat. Sadly, we had to get a new one, but the technician suggested a thermostat that would have a much longer guarantee and provide greater value for our cooling and heating cycles. He was incredibly patient with me as I asked questions and provided clear explanations. He was nice and respectful. We have always had excellent customer service from them when dealing with them.

If I could, I'd give it a sixth star. We saw what seemed to be a serious problem with our air conditioner. I called the technician, who then over the phone assessed our issue and guided us through a step-by-step fix. It turned out to be a fairly minor issue, but I would have wasted days trying to get someone to fix it. Amazingly kind, and we'll be hiring him again to fix our AC. I heartily endorse him.
The most helpful and friendly service personnel I have ever encountered. When I called this organization about a problem with the heating system in my flat, they asked me to check a few minor details over the phone before dispatching a service technician. It turns out that a safety switch required resetting. We took five minutes to fix the heater, which helped me save a ton of time and money. Nice men, really. They are a third generation business, and they merit their stellar reputation. I'll certainly give them a call the next time I require HVAC repair.
