I have previously completed a survey on this company. This is to revise. The company came back within two weeks and repaired my three pages of complaints. Jose was very knowledgeable and explained why I was having problems. So please keep Hugo Jr. and Jose as they both know what they are doing. And do it right Hugo Junior the first time. And Jose following up repairs from the initial installation. Now I have to wait for the city inspector, and a third party inspector. Hopefully everything is to code and I pass both inspections soon. Thanks to Maria for sending me one of “the best “. For my follow up concerns. This is an edit to the above. Since my last post I have discovered that the first return fix of three pages was not completed. And I discovered that there’s many more issues , than first initial cursory glance.. Yes they have done well to send people out to fix my concerns. But if the installation had been completed correctly I wouldn’t have to keep calling them out. An example is they left a supply duct unconnected so for two months I have been pumping conditioned air into my attic. I wonder what that has been costing me. The list is too long too publish here. It has been at least two months now that I have been waiting to get this done, I am in jeopardy of having my permit revoked because of the delay.
Green Star/Rightime installed a new A/C. Gladly, it was a Carrier. I was very satisfied with the work that Greg and his companion did on 7-1-23. Hector Baltazar, who helped me on 6-30-23 was also FANTASTIC!! Thank You for hiring such friendly, competent employees.
Hector was great! He was clear and honest with his assessment. I didn’t feel pressured with a hard sale for additional services. That was a much appreciated relief.

Excellent service and highly trained, professional staff. I had a Lennox furnace installed by Greenstar in January. They did a great job. I love my new furnace and they completely surrounded it with insulation materials for sound and heat. It was a very professional installation and they took care of all the permits. I had a problem with the new NEST thermostat starting the old A/C for the first time with in June. I called in the morning and the technician, Jose, arrived in the afternoon to perform service under the 12 month warranty. In less than 15 mins he identified and fixed 2 problems and I have A/C with my new NEST. I highly recommend this company for quality HVAC service, honesty, and affordability. You won't be sorry. They are the best!
I had a complete HVAC system put into my condo five years ago. The inspector came out and Red tagged the job four times. The worst part was is that they didn’t hook up the gas line correctly, but what made it even worse is that they didn’t hook up the exhaust stack from the unit. So, if my tenants would’ve turned on the heat, the exhaust would’ve filled the attic and then went into the unit and probably killed both of them. After waiting there 5 different days for the inspector to show up and hopefully clear the red tags to fix the problems they would send out a guy who was maintenance not an installer so my day was lost because he couldn’t do anything. I finally found out that my unit which I was told was a 10 year warranty is 10 years. I had a problem with my capacitor which i replaced it myself. I believe the company might have changed but personally I would not use them unless I absolutely have to call them out for the next five years if I have a problem.
From start to finish this was an excellent company to deal with. From Matt to the installers to Jose who helped us today. Couldn’t be happier. Will recommend to anyone looking for HVAC work.

I am really impressed with Greenstar! They answered the phone right away and were really helpful and were able to sent two techs out the same day. They were punctual and explained everything really well. They had text and email reminders too which I appreciate and the two people who showed up were incredibly professional and really knowledgeable thank you!!

Five stars out of five. I contacted Greenstar Home Services to perform A/C system maintenance. The technician, Mateo Cox, showed up on time and did an excellent job. All of the people I spoke to at Greenstar Home Services were friendly and helpful. The price was unbeatable.
The technician was professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the system maintenance. I had a time scheduled and requested an earlier time if availability opened. I was called giving me an earlier time. The company has great customer service!

Service person explained each detail of what was faulty in my system and provided exceptional service in the repair. Usually there is not as thorough explanation but he took Time and was very courteous and thoughtful of my situation
The repairman troubleshot the unit found what he thought was wrong gave me estimate of $592 to do the repair, then told me I would have to pay the entire amount on the spot before the job was started. After he and a co worker completed the repair my heating system still didn’t work. I find it hard to believe all new customers are treated this way. He assured me that this is company policy. The state of California states that only a percentage of the estimate is required to start a job
Diagnostic due to NEST code E103 Y1. Turned into needing a whole new furnace. Estimate was too costly. Had a second opinion. Went with another company.
