Eric from Fuse appliance repair checked our Samsung refrigerator and charged the system with refrigerant. Now, the two lower freezer compartments will freeze. We opted not to repair the ice maker due to the cost of parts and labor. I do not recommend Samsung refrigerators. Excellent, timely, and professional service.

Showed up promptly and was knowledgeable about the equipment. However, tech had an attitude when I told him I couldnt validate his parking. I didnt have authority to do so. He charged it in our bill, which was fine, but he didnt respond in a professional manner when he found this out. Our company may look for another vendor for future issues with our machines.

I have a Nest thermostat that was displaying an E74 error code with no power to the red Rh wire. My fan was blowing continuously until I turned it off from the circuit board, and my condo has been without heat for the past week. Alan arrived ten minutes early, wore booties and was about to resolve the issue within the hour. He reset the safety switch on the HVAC system, cleaned the flame sensor, and adjusted the gas regulator and gas outlet. I was so happy with the professionalism and the timeliness of resolving the issue! Thank you Alan!
