Problem was addressed in a short time. Turn around for part was sooner than expected. Fixing of the problem was fast and clean. Vince stores our oven back into life!

I called and someone came out to my house the same day. Our Kenmore washing machine was making a loud noise when it was trying to sense how much clothes was in it. It wouldn’t go through the entire cycle. The technician was able to diagnose the problem on the spot. He had to order parts but he was back a couple days later and the washer worked!

What a difference! Complete Appliance Repair was the 2nd company I had to call for some appliance repair after a nasty power surge in my neighborhood. 1st contractor was clueless. Vince from Complete Appliance Repair needed 5 min to diagnose bad circuit boards on my dishwasher and oven. He was able to provide me a fair quote and reasonable lead times to get it repaired. As soon as the replacement boards came in I got a call and Vince installed them the same day. Very professional and will use him again when needed. Also referred him to my in-laws who needed help with their Samsung fridge ice maker. He took care of them the same day.

Dave is very professional, repaired my aging refrigerator/freezer that stopped cooling. Came out same day and completed the repair -freezer fan motor needed replacing. Fair pricing and on time - highly recommend.
Dave responded our request within 10 minutes of us inquiring on Angie’s List. He assisted on an oven repair that needed a new igniter. He showed up within 25 minutes, wore a mask, took off shoes without me saying anything (respectful that we have carpet), very polite and professional. The repair went smoothly and was done in a timely fashion. Attempted to pay him more that what he quoted just for how great and responsive he was, but he declined and only took what he quoted. I would highly recommend and would hire again for any appliance repair. Asked for his business information so I could pass on to others who might need his services. Even learned a new trick to pop off the oven door.

Great and working
Our landlord pointed us to Dave when the fridge stopped working. He responded quickly and fixed the problem on the same initial visit -- it's working perfectly now. I'm a minor DIY'er and had looked into what it would cost to replace the bad board myself, and the price I was quoted for the part was more that what I overheard Dave tell our landlord the total bill would be. We're all very pleased.
Dave was exactly the man I needed to get my ancient furnace working again. He showed good technical ability got the job done. We will definitely call again when this furnace needs replacement.

I called Dave today, Saturday ( November 28,2020 ) regarding my heater. He responded immediately and told me that he is coming in at around 3 to 4 in the afternoon. It didn’t take him that long to pinpoint the problem. He is very professional, very knowledgeable and very respectful. I would highly recommend him.
