I had searched for a plumber, and liked that this company supports Veterans and is a local established family owned company in Orange County. So I gave them a call to fix a bathroom sink leak. Crandall's Plumbing fixed the bathroom sink leak and installed a new faucet. Brent, Supervisor at Crandall's provided excellent customer service, and exceeded customer satisfaction by working with me to resolve an issue I had with the first service visit. Needed to replace what I’ll call a leaky toilet tank intake valve. Crandall’s rep arrived early in the appointed time window and provided an estimate which I knew to be competitive in my local plumbing community. Rep didn’t have the needed part in his truck and had to go to a local outlet to get it. No extra charge for the time and mileage involved. Returned and made the necessary repair, all pretty much within the time frame originally quoted. All is well.
Crandall's installed a new water heater for me in March 2022. Recently one of the feed lines developed a leak... it happens. Crandall's sent out a team same day and within 15 minutes they had switched out the both feed hoses for new, no charge. I appreciate there prompt action and will recommend Crandall's to my friends and family.
Its been a few years since I needed a plumber and Crandall's came through again as I expected. The plumber, Sergio, arrived as scheduled, investigated my leak, gave me a quote, and got the job done. After he finished his work, he asked me to watch him test for leaks and there were none, even with conditions greater than normal use. Excellent and Crandall's has my fullest recommentation!

I've used Crandall's Plumbing for a couple years now. Most recently for a new water heater and repair of air conditioner. They've always been courteous, professional, and punctual. I'm glad that my friend recommended them to me. They're local and have always done a great job!
This company is phenomenal and I would never use anyone else. They are super friendly both the plumbers and the people in the office. They were on time they advised us on the best way to go about the repairs for a re-piping. And they did an affordable price. We also needed some testing done with mold and they recommended a phenomenal company and they all worked very well together and we are very satisfied with the job that they did. Thank you guys for everything and we appreciate the sound advice.
Crandall's Plumbing is a great after hours plumbing company. The technician came within the hour of my call, around 10:45 PM. The cost was fair, and I appreciate they were available late at night! Brent, the man who took my call, and the technician doing the work, were polite and professional.
