Highly recommended! We're in escrow on a condo and had Matt do our inspection of its air-conditioning and heating system. He was knowledgeable, very thorough and explained everything that needed to be done in clear, understandable detail. Then he followed up quickly with a comprehensive report for both us and our agent, along with a solid game plan in terms of approaching the seller with our report and needs. Moreover, he was completely chill when we had to reschedule twice at the last minute given our seller's changing timetable. We're very glad we found Matt!
Matt, Angel and the team did an excellent job on my ductless system replacement! Matt was incredibly helpful throughout the project, and the install team was efficient, flexible, highly knowledgeable, clean and respectful. The whole process took less than a week after over a year of working with other AC companies. Highly recommend.
My experience with HVAC Inspections Los Angeles was very positive and I will be using them again in the future for any HVAC inspections that I need, and recommend that you do the same. Matthew, was prompt, knowledgable and friendly. He was able to come and do an HVAC inspection on short notice, for a property I just opened escrow on. From his inspection he was able to identify costly and potentially hazardous issues with the previous work that had been done. Issues that would not have discovered otherwise until it was too late. He documented everything that needed to be done, walked me through all the issues he saw, explained why each of them were issues and explained clearly what my options were for addressing all of them. If you need an expert opinion on your HVAC system, don't hesitate to give them a call.

Matt Alba has worked as a trade partner in a regional energy efficiency program and has been an awesome participant. He and his staff work hard to get their customers incentives for energy saving upgrades, and his participation is helping the local community and the local energy grid
Matthew is very knowledgable about various incentive programs to ensure customers get any rebates and funding they are eligible to receive. He and his team are working hard to help electrification projects succeed.

Matt was amazing to work with! We had a need for a quick inspection during our escrow process and he was able to schedule, conduct, and provide a report in record time. In addition, he took the time to explain his findings while we were at the property. He showed us pictures + video, explain HVAC concepts in detail, and made sure that we were extremely clear about his findings -- without the technical jargon. Matt Alba from HVAC inspections LA conducted an HVAC inspection in a property I hope to buy. I cannot recommend him more highly. He was early, so pleasant and professional. Most importantly he really is a true expert- he knows his stuff and is incredibly thorough. He spent time really educating me on the issues and showing me the issues and answering all of my many questions. The inspection was on Friday afternoon and he sent through the thorough written inspection by 10 am Monday morning- sooner than anticipated. If you need an HVAC expert- he will do the best job for you
