Golden Gate Ducting team did a great job at my home and even repaired my dryer vent for me b/c it was crushed by separate installers for no cost. I appreciate their efficient work and professional customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I spoke to a few companies regarding duct cleaning. Not only was Mark the most competitive on price, but his knowledge and explanation of the cleaning process was excellent and I knew immediately that I wanted to use Golden Gate. When he and Elijah arrived, they examined my furnace and ducts, then confirmed everything they would be doing. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
Great services and I am so lucky to have the team to come and helped me to clean up our duct and furnace. They are amazing and i cant asked for more. Mark and his partner Angel are very professional, very knowledgeable of the job they are doing. They have a very great customer service, very polite, nice and very honest. Good thing with them is they explain your situation and gives you options on what you wanna do. Not like other companies that force you to avail their most expensive service even if you don’t even need it.. thumbs up to both of them and i’m not worried on referring them to my friends and families.
Mark and his team did a very good job cleaning our, years of dust built up, air duct system. They even came back and check on our system when it failed to produce heat. He is nice young man with integrity. I highly recommend his service.
Golden Gate Ducts is highly recommend for cleaning the Air ducts system and giving a full inspection and service with the furnace. Super happy with the job that Mark and Elijah did, friendly people arriving on time and doing a thorough and complete job. They didn’t rush the job while making sure that every detail is done as expected. The price was totally reasonable and Completed on time.
Great service, super easy to work with. I needed the air ducts clean for the first time in this home. I looked for reviews on various sites and found Golden Gate Ducts company. Mark was very prompt and was very helpful over the phone with scheduling and explaining details. He and Elijah came over at their appointed time. I gave him a tour of all the vents and Mark went into the crawlspace under the house to see if the ducts looked okay. Mark found couple of leaks and that explained why our furnace was running for long time to heat up the house. He also checked the ducts in attic to ensure there were no such problem for the second floor. Thankfully there were no problems there. Since he didn't have parts to fix the leaks in crawl space, we setup another appointment for them come back. Mark and Elijah were back promptly on their next appointment. They replaced portion of the ducts that was leaking and properly insulated it. While cleaning the dryer vent, he had to go in the crawl space and figure out how the ducts were rerouted (it is an old house with patch work of ducts). They then were able to clean all our output vents and the intake vent. They taped side of all vents to provide extra protection against air leak. They cleaned the furnace by removing the blower and then thoroughly cleaning it before putting everything back. with lot to cover in a two story home, they were at it for 5 hours and completed all the work correctly and with absolutely no mess. All in all, a great experience and highly recommended.
