Had to drive an hour because they wouldn’t answer their phone a the counter. That Dave guy is the worst.
It required the C20 license to buy parts
Went in here to get some sample air ducts, representative immediately said oh i Guess I can help you know “we have too much business we are going to stop dealing with public” I’m like ok can u get a vent 10 min later and giving all in personal info. The vent is 10x the price at Home Depot .. no wonder the employee says they make too much money .. every thing is over priced
Ferguson has a great selection on heating and air conditioning equipment. Their manager Judy is very helpful when you have any questions. Their mobile app is easy to use and can help ordering beforehand so it is ready for pick up when you arrive.
These people were great it's been very cold lately I had to get some materials to repair what the rats demolished. The counter person can't remember his name, sorry. Helped me pick the right materials I needed. Thanks again
Don't call this company, worst experience I have ever had. They don't care about their customers and are very rude . I should have listened to the review I read.
