Great experience hiring Artisan Air to fix my AC issue. Ed, the technician, was courteous and thorough in his checks, and got the broken compressor fixed very quickly and worked with the manufacturer to get the replacement part covered under warranty. Highly recommended!
Today was just my annual HVAC maintenance but I have used Artisan Air since Levine went out of business. This company, from owner Cody, to service tech Ed, is top notch! I previously had them remove and install all my duct work including moving one of the air intakes from next to the kitchen to the dining room and what a difference that makes! They also discovered several “issues” from when the system was initially installed and fixed them immediately.
We used Cody at Artisan Air as a second opinion. The first heating company came and recommended that we replace our furnace as it wasn’t putting out heat for a cost of $16k. Cody came in and diagnosed the issue as a clogged exhaust pipe due to all the rain and mud. Needless to say I would have been out a lot of money for a furnace that I didn’t need. I will definitely use Cody and Artisan air in the future.
Artisan Air replaced the cooling coils in our furnace/AC. They were on time, performed the installation with good quality, were very professional and reasonable pricing. Will use the again for future repairs.
Quick response - called them after 5pm on a Labor Day holiday, local temps over 100 degrees and we needed a fast fix - they came the next day, replaced some components and we had AC back that afternoon.
Ed arrived on time. Performed the requested service professionally, no wasted time, clean, responsive, fast and courteous. Recommend this business for any HVAC services and products. Artisan Air is also the company that installed this system.
We contacted Artisan Air for A/C system installation on top of our existing Furnace and duct due to their 5-star yelp review. We were able to get inspection / estimation scheduled right away, and we received the most thorough inspection and a very competitive quote amongst all the companies we contacted, so we ordered them to do the job. We were scheduled on Friday of the same week the inspection was performed. Artisan Air performed a very impressive and professional work on our house. In and out within 6 hours. We are very happy with the service. 100% would recommend them for anyone doing A/C installation.
Cody was very responsive and professional! Replaced the capacitor, and even cleaned our AC filter. Great service and will be using them in the future!
Definitely recommend! Our AC was out and we had no idea why. I called (and didn't get an answering machine!!) and was pleasantly surprised at the great service. I called 1:49pm, he was available & came in 30mins fortunately for me, and was able to figure out the problem fast! Our fuse (I think it's called) needed to be replaced. He let me know our filter also needs to be changed and from the initial call to him leaving after fixing and checking everything, it was within an hour! We got to enjoy a cool house with this 90+ degree weather to everyone's relief. Saved the card and details because we will definitely be calling again should we have any issues with the HVAC system.
My A/C unit blow out warm air when it was set to cool mode. So I called Artisan Air. They came to diagnose the unit and found out the thermostat went bad. After I received a thermostat replacement they came to do the installation. During the whole process they showed their professionalism. Artisan people are very friendly. They explained every step they did. I highly recommend their service.
Very pleasant experience working with Artisan Air. Not only are their prices fair, the company's customer service is world class and their workmanship from everything I see is superb. Would highly recommend. We ended up getting 3 or 4 different quotes but we're so glad we went with Artisan. You won't be disappointed!

I could not recommend the artisan team more. They were extremely professional, did quality work, were on time and left my garage cleaner than when they started. Seems to be a small family owned business with a high level of integrity. If you are considering an ac install I think theyre awesome. There was an unexpected issue during the install and they came back and fixed it ASAP. Great company!

Artisan installed a Honeywell Fresh Air Ventilator & Lennar Air Cleaner a few months ago for our first floor HVAC system. We were so pleased with the work that we opted to have Cody and his team return to install a similar system for our second floor. Artisan was diligent in their work and the equipment was professionally installed with great attention to detail. At the end of the project the Artisan team left our house in pristine condition. Because of the exceptional service, we'll be using Artisan for annual maintenance of our HVAC systems.
Cody was very professional and went way above expectations to help us with installing our complex variable split a/c unit with distribution boxes and 7 interior units. Would highly recommend him and his team.
