I called this company on a Friday for my AC tune up and they booked me an appoinment the next day. George the technician was awesome. He was friendly, knowledgeble and answered all the questions that I had. He even went above and beyond by explaining the little details that regular people wouldn't understand easly. I would highly recommend this company and especially George. Thanks American Air Comditioning and Heating

I am thoroughly impressed with this company, their policies, and their ethics. The air conditioner service technician, Daryl, was professional, informative, and explained the 22-point air conditioning precision tune-up in detail to me. I highly recommend this company.

I've been trying to make this guys to remove my name from their mailing list by phone 4 times, I personally went to their office and I was treated really bad, a woman talked to me over an intercom after I rang the bell many times and after so many attempts then they make me wait for like around 20 minutes... Then I tried again and a fat woman came out with bad attitude and asked me that what is that I want so I told her that I want them to remove my name from their mailing list... I gave her the letter that I received and she took it and slammed the door on my face... If you are treated like that I wouldn't want a company like this one to do any type of service on my house...
Danny Padilla did a great job today taking care of my air conditioner getting ready for the hot weather… He did all the required maintenance quickly and professionally and he was on time (which I really appreciate )!
He was on time - did his job efficiently- listened carefully to questions and concerns and took time to address them - made sure that all our systems were working well

The team that came were very professional, enthusiastic and thorough. They explain EVERYTHING which is great. General maintenance is affordable and we decided to go with their monthly plan. The price of add-ons was a bit high, but with the plan are guaranteed. I feel our home and systems are now in great hands and will be cared for and protected!

Hector Mejia did a great job with the hvac system maintenance at my home. He introduced me to a helper device that will add longevity to the a/c compressor. It really does majorly reduce the initial start up voltage. Happy he brought it to my attention.
Jonathan B. did a great job of serving our AC/Heater unit. He was extremely professional, answered all of our questions and explained some of the inner workings of our unit. He gets an A+.
