I'm so glad Thomson AC was recommended to us. They were on time, helpful answering all of my questions and kept everything clean while they were installing our new systems. Quality and efficiency...you couldn't ask for anything more. 12/10 would recommend.
HUGE shoutout to Thomson Air Conditioning (and my wife for finding them)!! These guys did what we thought would be the impossible; replacing a 50 year old electric heat and a VERY OLD A/C system in a small townhome "closet" while adhering to building code standards. Mike (the Project Manager) is a GREAT guy to work with, we highly recommend him. He took the time to explain everything to us and answered all of our questions. He will be our contact from here on out. The Lead Tech - Juan also took the time to explain everything to us about how the day would progress, he too is very knowledgeable in this field. The two other techs were great as well. 6 to 7 hours later, the system was blowing cold air, and I was controlling the thermostat by my phone... I love new technology. My wife and I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this company!! I believe they service a large part of LA County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. Thanks guys and gals at Thomson AC!! P.S. These guys did a great job. They were on time and even finished early. They kept a clean worksite and even worked in the rain. The equipment they installed has been perfect and is working as advertised. Highly recommend Thompson AC.
These guys are great! I called and spoke to Tim and he let me know that they were swamped at the time but he was able to walk me through and give me insight on what to check when my AC wouldn't cool anymore. He was able to give me enough direction that I was able to fix the issue myself. Thanks Tim! Hopefully I won't have to call in the future but I know that I can rely on them if I have any issues later on.
They installed a whole new AC and heater and ventilation and I am impressed with their professionalism and great job they did and do. I did have a few small issues, but they took care of it ASAP and I am very grateful. I do not feel like they are trying to sell me a used car as I have been exposed to while getting quotes from other companies. Thomson AC is great and I trust their work ethics and their prices are hard to beat. Thank you!
Had a whole house AC installed with an existing duct for a central heating. Their team from estimate to finishing the project was always on time, communicative, fair and very respectful. I recommend hiring this company. Their estimate was around the same as the other companies I spoke with. They were detailed on what needs to be done and was upfront about the cost of the project and I'm happy I went with them.
Upon moving into our new home, We kept hearing strange noises late at night only to wake up to find small puddles on our floor. We had the occasional window slam shut for no reason and odd cold drafts throughout the home. My wife swore the house was haunted and insisted we sell...Until we made the call and meet Danny, he showed us it was just bad duct work. I thought he was kidding. He quickly fixed it and saved our marriage. Dedicated clients for life.

Received 11 different bids on replacing a dying HVAC system. In the end, chose Thomson AC for their variable Daikon system. Final decision was based on a unique balance between quality, price and professional service/knowledge. When they arrived and started working they soon hit a surprise impasse. They worked quickly to find a solution and they did it with smarts, experience and a calm professionalism which impressed us. We were rewarded with a great system. They were amazing!! Thank-you to Mike, Tim, Trevor, Brendon and Jonathon. You got our vote; hands down!!
We have chosen this business for their excellent reviews. Unfortunately we had so many problems with the AC. 1- it leaked because they used the wrong type of tape on one of the ducts. Now we our bathroom ceiling is damaged even though they came out and fixed the AC problem. 2 . It leaked again and they came out and did a temporary fix for $250. 3 the ac power keeps shutting down. Once it was a fuse to be changed and costed us $200 4- now we changed the fuse ourselves and still not working. Would not recommend.....

Sean and Edgar did a great job of getting system delivered and installed in one day. Helped me install and set up WiFi thermostats I provided. Highly recommend these guys.
Friendly, efficient, and informed. Thomson AC helped install a split setup in my new home one year ago, and it's worked like a dream ever since! Would highly recommend them.

Thompson installed our AC several years ago. We had a problem this week with evaporations system. Johnny came out, tested the system and showed us how to avoid the problem. I asked what the “call out” charge would be. He said there wasn’t any and left. Unheard of in this day and age. 6 Stars.
Great company
Thomson AC is a great company! We had an AC unit installed in a guest house by another company that was botched from the beginning. We had that company out 4 times to fix the problem and they couldn't resolve it. We called Thomson to take over the job and they sent out Mario and Scott who were fantastic, informative, and fixed the problems quickly. I felt well taken care of and was really satisfied with their work, their timeliness, and their professionalism. I would recommend them highly!
From the quick response of scheduling, until the job is done, Thomson A/C & Heating always proves to be the Best!! Everyone that works for this company is professional, knowledgeable, honest, polite, prompt and just amazing to deal with! I HIGHLY recommend this company! I'm only reviewing this company since there was only 1 review (which was negative) for a company with a slightly different name and location. Not sure if the bad review was for Thomson AC, but I attempted to fix the name and address. That being said, I wanted to direct people to their incredible reviews on Yelp. I contacted a number of companies for a new Furnace and air condition. I also wanted to have all my ducts replaced as they were wrapped in asbestos. These guys were AWESOME! Came out to my house, and were super friendly and informative. They actually convinced me to keep my vents since the asbestos wrapping wasn't disturbed and was not a health risk. I may still use them, but to not push a job really made me trust them. They were honest, and their prices were great. I almost used Costco's heating and AC company but read the reviews of the company they used and was scared away. This company is smaller and focused on doing perfect work and customer service. My 3 ton furnace installation, and added duct work I needed for a closet was under $3000. They hauled away my old furnace and ducting. I didn't replace my ducting as noted above, but they team with with another company to perform this work. Very friendly, honest, responsive to questions, and price competitive.
