Bob (Owner & Installer) from beginning to the end was professional and accommodating. He was genuinely worried my home was going to be too hot Summer 2022 and would have installed sooner if needed. Since mine was limping along waiting 2 more weeks was no big deal. The fact he considered coming SOONER than later was a gesture unasked for. The install was 2 days when he said MAYBE 3. I couldn't event tell he was in the home. He actually cleaned up the attic space from the original installers and their trash. Approx 2 - 3 weeks later he called to check on the install to make sure everything was as expected. It was and still is. Glad we had Bob and HCS (Home Comfort Solutions) install our AC!
Bob and his team at Home Comfort Solutions replaced my entire HVAC system. They are very professional, detail oriented and took the time to explain things to me. We have been very happy with our system to-date and would recommend them if you are looking to replace your old system.
Bob and his team replaced our old heating and air conditioning system with a new Trane HVAC system and repaired leaking ducts in the process. We were very happy the price and the quality of the work performed.

We got a top of the line unit, with top notch custom installation (we had a few challenging conditions to work around), and at an excellent price. Bob and his team where great. He was responsive and competitive with pricing. He took covid precautions and was very attentive to all my questions. I am so blessed we have found him. He installed a new hVAC system in our home and it has been perfect for our space. He was honest and didn’t try to upsell any products and essentially designed a perfect system for our space. In an industry where you as the homeowner have no upper hand with hVAC systems you can trust Bob to be honest, timely, trustworthy, and efficient! Thanks Bob!!!
We replaced our HVAC system in our Rocklin home due as it was a 20 year old unit. We asked for quotes from 4 different vendors and Home Comfort Solutions was the best overall value. They provided equipment that was higher level quality than the other companies at the same price. During installation, Bob and his team made significant changes to the air flow which would increase the cooling and overall comfort of the house. During the bid process, I reached out to Bob and he always provided timely and through answers. Due to COVID, we had to make a few scheduling changes, but his team was on time each day and ensured they did clean up before the end of the day. I highly recommend Home Comfort Solutions as they high quality company and provide first class service.

Bob was very kind and helpful. Even with the beginning of a hot summer he was able to make and schedule an appointment within 10 days. He was professional and handleded business. We had him repair our ac then we scheduled an additional appointment for an attic fan which has been the best decision and feels great!!! Thank you Bob!
Bob Goebel came to our home when we were doing major renovations about two years ago and gave us a proposal. Earlier this year our system needed replacement and Bob gave us a very competitive quote and then he returned to complete the work shortly thereafter. He replaced our are 20+ year old system and everything was done professionally and on time!

I found myself with no AC in the middle of July in Sacramento - not good. I called Bob, and he was able to fit me in the next day. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in about an hour and was reasonably priced as well. Very satisfied customer.
Bob gave us a prompt, competitive quote. He then did the work in a professional manner just he quoted. There was an unforeseen problem getting our old furnace out, but Bob found a solution and took care of the problem quickly and to our satisfaction. We highly recommend his company to install a new HVAC system.

I highly recommend Bob of Home Comfort Solutions. He is honest, knowledgeable, prompt and priced very fairly. He is a locally owned and operated business too! We used many of Bob's competitors in the past, but were never completely sure that we weren't being up-sold on unnecessary expenses, while Bob with Home Comfort has shown us ways to save money!
We recently had 2 complete Heating / AC systems installed in our home. The process was very simple, and Bob at Home Comfort Solutions handled all the paperwork and permits. The work was done very quickly and the systems are up and running.
Our A/C went out yesterday during a record high heat day of 109 degrees. I contacted Home Comfort Solutions and they were able to get us in the next day. Bob Goebel, the owner, called this morning and told me when he would arrive and was at our house right on time. He diagnosed the problem, left to get the correct part, and then reinstalled the part that was causing the problem all within about an hour.... I am talking all work completed the SAME day! Bob was very professional and obviously knew exactly what he was doing. I am beyond happy with the service and I highly recommend Home Comfort Solutions to anyone that is having A/C issues.
Bob's great! Comes on time, clearly explains the problem and then fixes it. In the midst of the heat wave he came right away to fix the air conditioner. You can't go wrong with Home Comfort Solutions.
