My heating system needed repair and after doing much research I decided to replace both my heating and air conditioning units. I had several name brand and unknown representatives give me quotes and write ups on what they would do. I decided to go with Joe’s Heating and AC Repair based on friends personal experience, reviews, pricing and service contract. The Trane unit is excellent, quiet and much more efficient then I expected. The Joe’s Heating and AC Repair installers were professional, polite and clean in their work area. My overall experience is a 10. I highly recommend using Joe’s Heating and AC Repair for your HVAC needs.
Joe was fantastic. It’s the second time in 3 years he’s helped get us going. He will be our first call whenever we have AC issues.

Joe was awesome! I had this company come to give a second opinion. The first company suggested that the TVX valve needed to be replaced and it would take 2 weeks for the part to arrive. I called these guys and were at my house within 2 hours. They diagnosed the problem as being the compressor and was able to get the part the next day. Very fast, reliable, and knowledgeable. I'm so happy to have a cool house again! Would definitely recommend.

This Joe's Heating and AC Repair is great. Great customer service,professional and very informative on what I needed. Prices are reasonable. I had called and was asking about their services and they scheduled me in same day to check out my issues and give me a quote that was reasonable.

Joe’s Heating and AC Repair did a full re-vamp of our business air conditioning system so we are warm in winter and cool in summer. They gave us design options to choose from and discussed the pros/cons of each plan. They have been very quick to respond to minor problems and available to contact on a weekend. He explained initial fee and assured that any extra would be advised before my go-ahead depending on what tech found. Technician arrived promptly that morning, diagnosed fault and rectified. Definitely a 5 star service! The service engineer, was a pleasure to deal with. He arrived on time, was knowledgeable, very professional and left everything clean and tidy. He was very happy to explain any questions I had along the way. Overall the end to end experience was great and I would highly recommend using Joe’s Heating and AC Repair.
Joe’s heating and AC Repair team did an excellent job of replacing 2 ACs and 2 furnaces. I haven’t had to use the ACs yet but the furnace is working beautifully and efficiently. They answered my calls and questions quickly. His customer service is excellent!!
Joe’s heating and AC Repair team always come on short notice, are polite and professional, and, well, fix the issue. In this case, our gas fireplace wouldn’t work. It hadn’t been serviced in years, and they spent a good chunk of time taking it apart and cleaning. Also installed a new thermostat at no charge.

Happy with my experience. He was reasonably priced and walked me through the process of bleeding my system, so I won’t have to rely on him every time. His prices were very reasonable, and he was in and out in less than 45 minutes. He also wore protective conversing on his shoes. Very happy with the work done and I would definitely recommend him to others based on his pricing and personality.
I tried Joe's Heating and AC Repair last year when our central air stopped working just before the first really rotten hot and humid week of Summer. Their technician showed up within an hour of my call and had the thing working perfectly in a short time. This time, he showed up shortly after receiving my call, got to work in the crawl space, diagnosed the problem, ordered and went to pick up the necessary "fix" . It has been working perfectly since he left that afternoon. We are very happy with Joe's Heating and AC Repair and recommend them for the speed with which they respond, for the excellence of their work and for the prices they charge which seem reasonable.
All of the employees are extremely friendly and helpful every time we have spoken over the phone or have had someone out for maintenance or repair.
