As always the guys did an amazing job. Would recommend their services to everyone and anyone looking for AC repair and/or service.
This guy just took my hard earned money and told me that they had fixed the issues of my A/C unit. After they have left my house I observed that nothing changed.The problem still there.I do not recommend this company.
This “company “ charges twice as much as most other companies, and looking at these recent negative reviews I’m glad I didn’t give this guy a penny.
I had Comfort Zone install a new HVAC system in my home for $23,000. The Goodman system they put in is very noisy and freezes up after just an hour of use. Hamlet came out and said there is nothing wrong with the system or installation but I need new ducts for an additional $6,000! Why wasn’t I told this when they originally came out to bid the job? Also I got another contractor out to evaluate the job and they said they said the installation was bad and my ducts are ok. Apparently Comfort Zone didn’t install a filter because the coil they put in was too big. I’ve repeatedly tried to talk to Hamlet and he refuses to return my calls. I think this is a shoddy business that doesn’t stand by its work. Would never work with them again!
Had this company come out nine times to repair my central heating. The first time they came out to repair my system it worked for one day. The second time they came out they fixed another issue worked for a few hours. Then the owner Alex, comes out, he tells me that there's a carbon dioxide leak in my system and I need a new Central heating. I asked Alex, why didn't your first few times you come out to our house find that there was a carbon monoxide leak he just shrugged his shoulders like oh I don't know. This is unacceptable answer!!! I feel like this company only wants to take money from the customer not true interests of being there for the customer. And the contractors they sent out it don't speak English very well it's very broken it's hard to understand, not good customer service. We got a second opinion calling JW plumbing they were exceptional. Got to the bottom line of the issues.

Great company, excellent work, on time. Hamlet the technician was perfect. He’s like a doctor for your HVAC! He even called me the next morning to make sure everything was perfect. Marina in the office was also a pleasure to work with. A+ to this company.
Hamlet was wonderful! He arrived on time, quickly went to pick up the parts required, and educated me on AC maintenance! Extremely helpful!
Thanks to the technicians from COMFORT ZONE HEATING AND AIR PLUS my ac was fixed quickly and professionally. Technicians diagnosed the issue, got the part quickly and had my AC working within 30 minutes of arrival. Thanks to Marina who provided professional A++ customer service over the phone. Will definitely recommend to my friends and neighbors

My AC broke yesterday, Hamlet came out to repair it and it was past repair. One day, that's all it took to replace the unit. David and Hamlet had it running in 3 hours. The guys are amazing honest, well priced and really nice guys. Definitely an heating and air company to use.

Great work!. Communication was awesome.and they replaced my air conditioning unit via Sesrs Home Warranty asap. Very happy and highly recommended. Costs was minimal compared to price with no home warranty.
This company is Very Unprofessional. I've been waiting since Monday 6/17/19 for them to come to my house per appointment. After no show or call, I received a call the next day 6/18/19 around 2pm that they would be there within an hour again I'm waiting, 8pm comes and I get a call they'll be here in 10 mins. These people never came!! So here we are today 6/20/19 they called stating they would be here at 12pm. Well shocker it's now 2pm and still no show!. Now at this point I don't even want their services. I have two young children and we all know how hot it gets summer time in riverside county. Totally unacceptable and they need to get it together or start firing & hiring new people that actually care.
WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Miraina and Liliana have the WORST attitudes and after they gladly took $1930.00 of my money they NEVER completed service. Complaints have been filed with BBB and chargebacks were placed as of 11-14-18 with credit card company since comfort air and heating refuse to issue refund. IF YOU LIKE BEING LIED TO AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF THIS IS YOUR COMPANY OTHERWISE STOP AND CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY!!!
Hamlet is very knowledgeable and efficient. They were on time and knew exactly what to do. The problem was fixed in less than 30 min. Come to think we were without heat for over a month. I will recommend them to anyone who needs their heating or AC serviced. Thank you Comfort Zone.
Very professional company. They came out they did the work and they cleaned after themselves. Do you were able to find the problem and fix it right away . I highly recommend this company.
[Problem Resolution] After several other contractors dispatched by AHS diagnosed my HVAC issue and confirmed that the whole system needed to be replaced, they advised AHS that they had no access since air handler was in closet and needed me to open up the sundeck wall/closet to provide access because they were not skilled enough or too lazy to do the extra work required to remove and replace the air handler. Luckily Comfort Zone was up for the challenge and had the expertise to do the work that other contractors did not want to do and was able to complete the full HVAC system replacement successfully!
They came out in a timely manner, although they had to deal with a horrible insurance company that I had. They fixed my compressor and everything is running smoothly. I have AC again!
They were very professional and cared about fixing my problem I had someone come out before them and they were rude and lied about that the problem was. And this time around I was very satisfied with these work and the way they handled them selves
