As soon as I phoned, I felt assured that I was in good hands. I was spoken to and engaged in conversation with as though I were a real person. Their communication was excellent throughout. Joe was exceptional in many respects. Outstanding professionalism and manners. Never once was I "sold" on anything. He took the time to fully describe the state of the AC and what was required to fix it. We signed up for the annual plan. I'm overjoyed! I definitely recommend it to everyone!

I'm grateful that a coworker gave me Coastal Comfort Heating and AC Repair's contact information. Their professionalism, in contrast to others, was instantly noticeable. From the women who answered the phones to Rob, who came out to the house for the bid, everyone was really polite. They came out and added freon as we waited for our installation after we accepted the offer. Sadly, the air conditioner was beyond saving due to a huge leak. They believed having a portable device would be convenient. I also asked for a sooner appointment as they weren't due for another three weeks. They pledged to verify and call me when they had more information. When they contacted us the following morning, they assured us that they could get us in at 8.
The pricing is reasonable and the service is good. The product should generate enough electricity to supply the grid with enough power to run our home during the day.

My old, almost 19-year-old water heater had a leak. I've installed water heaters in the past, but the prior owner enclosed the space with wood to reduce dust. I emailed Coastal Comfort Heating and AC Repair late at night because I knew replacing it would be a pain in the butt. Within an hour, I had a response, and later that morning, I had a technician come out to look. He was able to troubleshoot the situation and immediately installed my new water heater. Although the cost was slightly higher than if I had installed one myself, not having to deal with the removal and installation was undoubtedly a benefit.
This Super Bowl Sunday, I sent a message early since my air conditioner simply did not cool the home. Coastal Comfort Heating and AC Repair's staff arrived straight soon and spent a few hours here diagnosing the issue. He was able to solve the problem, and I'm now back in action.

I was referred to Coastal Comfort Heating and AC Repair through a coworker and I’m very glad I was. Their professionalism was obvious from the start compared to others. From the ladies answering phones to Rob who came out to the house for the bid - they were very accommodating - after we accepted the offer, they came out and added freon while we waited for our install. Unfortunately, we had a bad leak and the ac unit was done for. They were nice enough to bring a portable unit. Also, I asked for an earlier appt because they were 3 weeks out. They told me they would check and call me back. They called the next morning and told us they can squeeze us in 8 days earlier. We were so happy because we were with no ac in triple digit heat. The fact that they called us back and squeezed us in meant a lot to me. Prices were reasonable and I feel the quality of work is excellent. Highly recommended!
Chris was very professional. He phoned me prior to coming out to my home. He also was a half hour early which helped me immensely since I was leaving town. He suggested certain things to be repaired and replaced in order to lengthen the lifetime of our unit. I took his recommendations. he Finished in a very timely manner. This company and their employees are the most professional that I have ever dealt with in all the years of owning a home. He explained thoroughly what will happen next time he comes out to service my unit. And also in detail how warranty co. Work. Very nice professional and trustworthy. I purchased a 5 yr plan from him.

They enlarged an AC Duct and some other repairs. I highly recommended them for your HVAC needs
I had a leak in my old 19+ year water heater. I have installed water heaters before; however, the previous homeowner sealed off the area with wood to cut down on dust. I knew it was going to be a pain in the butt to install a new one, so I emailed Coastal Comfort Heating and AC Repair late at night. I received a reply within the hour and later in the morning I had one technician come out to take a look. He was able to problem shoot the area and had my new water heater installed quickly. The price was a bit more than if I installed one myself, but not having to hassle with the removal and install was a definite plus. He knew what he was doing, replaced the old hot/cold bibs, correctly vented everything and put in all new parts. I couldn’t be happier with the completed job.
