Tony!! Thank you! One of the hottest weeks and you came by and resolved my issue very quickly. Tony asked a couple questions... and from that, knew where to look first for the issue - that was it! He had the part to fix it and I was back with a cool house. Always has a smile, very friendly and knowledgeable! I recommend TTF if you are in need of anything HVAC related. He installed my units a while ago (Heater, ducts, thermostat & A/C), helped with getting me the abatement I needed before install. Abatement and install went quickly and he was there to answer any questions. Great Job!
I can't tell you how relieved to have found Tony, Heidi and their team! They were thorough in assessing the condition, honest in offering different options, careful in protecting the newly installed carpet, skilled in their profession, reliable to what was agreed upon, respectful to my personal preferences. I had such a positive experience all around! Tony was so personal, treating me like an old friend; Heidi was on top of things, updating me every step of the way; their team worked well together, seemed happy besides skilled. What a hard to find group of people to have in my life! I have been recommending them to my friends and patients. It gives me joy to see their business thriving because their hearts are in the right place-taking care of people who place trust in their hands. Oh, BTW, one of their team members, Eric, even thought about bringing a pair of shoe covers for the city inspector when he was at my house to meet with him. That's how thoughtful they are!

Tony and Heidi are professional, and they offer great value in their products. The whole process from quote through to installation was direct and thorough. Heidi was always responsive and friendly in communications, and Tony set up the process on installation day with clarity and full understanding of my requirements. I would not hesitate approaching TFF for any future HVAC needs. Their business model and philosophy is refreshing, honest, and credible. This extended to the installation team that worked onsite.
TFF replaced our HVAC & ducts back in 2015. They have been tremendously helpful in multiple follow ups, sending out folks to help diagnose issues that in the end, were not related to HVAC at all. They were always genuinely interested in making sure our family was comfortable, and have consistently been prompt & straightforward in their communication. 7 years later, with the increased WFH, we had to setup a makeshift office in a room that gets constant sun throughout the day. TFF came out, assessed, and installed an additional zone for us all within 4 hours which allowed us to turn on the A/C in the office without cooling down the entire house. Tony & Heidi are fantastic to work with, highly recommended!
Unprofessional. They will send you quote and when you decide to sign up for installation, quote changes. Just be careful and ask for quote minute before they start your work to make sure it is not changed.
We recently had to replace our HVAC system (both heating and cooling), so I contacted several companies to get quotes. TFF HVAC was recommended by a contractor we're working with, and I am very glad he did. TFF's quote was about average compared to the other quotes we got. They were extremely professional and responsive throughout the whole process... from quote to scheduling to install to testing and permitting. The quality of their work is excellent and I am very happy with their install. Everyone was also very easy to work with, especially Heidi and Tony. I would gladly recommend them to friends and family and would definitely use their services again if needed.

TFF is a customer focused, satisfaction guaranteed company. I have been using TFF for over 5 years and they have tackled small vent repairs to large, full home, duct replacement. Today, just before the holidays and one hour notice, Jason is at my door to help resolve a dead furnace. Jason takes care of his customers and I have 100% confidence in his work. Tony, Heidi, and company did a great job installing A/C for our house. He gave us a nice set of options, including recommendations of where we could save money. Installation went smoothly. The crew was friendly and professional, and they helpfully fixed a few extra things that weren't on the work order. We'd strongly recommend TFF.
The furnace originally installed in my 40 year old home stopped all heating. I gave Tony of TFF HVAC a call after looking for encouraging reviews, and he came out and determined the furnace had a bad gas valve--a part that was no longer made (hardly a surprise for a 40 year Carrier furnace that had been working smoothly and reliably up until the end). After Tony's visit, Heidi e-mailed me a very reasonable estimate for a replacement furnace. I decided this would be a sensible time to also get the AC I knew I needed. I'm particular about some things, through experiencing the home AC systems of a few other people I had a good feeling for what I DIDN'T want. Both Tony and Heidi deeply understand the intricacies of the HVAC world and between them they came up with a perfect Carrier heat pump that not only was something I never would have thought of, it answered every concern I had for an AC system. Tony suggested a different furnace that would ensure everything would operate together smoothly, and that also made sense to me. That meant a fresh estimate, but it was one that made me very happy. During installation a serious problem arose because preinstalled connections for AC, that went in when the home was built 40 years ago, had broken down over time and were no longer usable. Nevertheless, Angel, Tony's foreman and right-hand man, along with Israel and David, the other TFF crew members working here, came up with a very impressive fresh routing of all necessary lines between the heat pump and the furnace. While not being able to use the preinstalled air conditioner lines increased the installation work significantly--and the installation took a few hours longer than originally thought--the final installation cost was not raised from the very reasonable estimate. The completed system is tremendous, and easily one of the best purchasing decisions I've ever made. I'm not kidding, I could hardly be happier with all aspects of the installation. My 25 year old furnace broke down and I needed an urgent replacement. I contacted several companies, Tony quickly got back to me with a quote, which was more competetive than the other quotes I received. The crew came in the next day and performed the work. Few days later, the city inspector came by and called out a few mechanical issues that were related to how my setup was done 25 years ago. Eric and Israel came back the next day and fixed them with no additional charge. Heidi has been very responsive over phone/email to get things scheduled and arranged. I much prefer a small family company like this, where I can reach someone when I need right away, rather than holding on the phone for a customer service representitive with other bigger companies. I am so glad to have chosen TFF.
I had a great experience with TFF. Had a nearly 30 year old furnace that had been exhibiting erratic performance over the past few years, and it decided to stop working (again) just as fall turned fully to winter in the Bay Area in November ('19). Tony and team spent hours in two visits investigating its issues and replacing parts that looked like plausible root causes, but after a brief revival its issues turned out to be mysterious and ultimately fatal. The TFF team replaced the whole thing (an attic install, which I had heard can be complicated and expensive) in just a couple hours, at a very competitive all-in price, and even deducted the cost of the previous unsuccessful visits from the total bill for the replacement. So we're warm and cozy again, and I couldn't recommend TFF more highly for professional, polite, honest, and forthright support.
Tony, Heidi, Angel and the entire crew are amazing. A few years ago, they installed a dual zone nest at our home as well as a new furnace. 4 years later - one of the motors started to be noisy. Angel came over and assessed it and then came back the next day to replace the malfunctioning part, under warranty. Since they installed a Carrier furnace - it carries a 10 years parts and labor, which they honored. Super highly recommended. They're also super responsive and came in within a few hours of my reaching out. Thank you !!!
Tony has been my HVAC person for the past 7 years. He will go over beyond to make sure your problems are fixed and you are completely satisfied with HVAC installation. He is always on time, his price is very reasonable, and above all he is simply a great guy to work with. I use home warranty service for pretty much everything except for HVAC issues because I know for a fact that no one can match the quality service that Tony offers.
Tony replaced my AC unit in 2012 and it’s been a great AC. No problems. Had to call him to fix a broken fan today and he came out, diagnosed the situation and fixed my AC in less than 15 minutes. Great customer service and I highly recommend TFF!
