We purchased/had installed, a Traine HVAC (heat pump) from Pure Air. Tom, the business owner, was very responsive and knowledgeable. His workers are clean and polite. Pure Air is recommended by Traine. Each day the job was completely cleaned before the crew left. The old heater was original, 1957, so the asbestos air ducts and all had to go. The price was very competitive and Tom had things done the way I wanted and to my satisfaction. Highly recommended.
I have nothing but amazing things to say about Pure Air and their staff. Recently I have been shopping around for someone to come and replace my parent's central air unit in their home. I called and dealt with about 6-7 companies with the help of Google & Yelp! Pure Air stood out to me the most. The person who came to look at my parent's house was the owner (Tom). He is Vietnamese but spoke fluent English. He spoke to both of my parents in Vietnamese so they could understand better of all the replacements and fixes they would have to undergo. He wrote up an estimate and even offer a discount for them. They take cash as a form of payment, they also offer 12 months of financing with no interest fees if that's something you're interested in. The installation took about a week to finish (my parent's home was build in the 1940's so it took a long time to fix and install everything since the home was hard to work with, in the small spaces). They came every day from 8AM in the morning until around 5-6PM in the evening. Tom, his son, another Vietnamese staff member and also one other Hispanic member (I completely apologize for not getting their names). They were all very meticulous, respectful and polite! Before, during and after each day of work, they would clean up in and around the area of their workspace, leaving my parent's home extremely clean. Their installation was perfect, always double and triple checking to make sure everything worked for my parents before they left. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone. I'm a very happy customer. I enjoyed their service and loved that they went above and beyond for my parents, they also were very willing to work with my parents on pricing and budget, which is extremely considerate of them, a lot of companies don't budge. Thank you Pure Air and all the members who was involved in my parent's home installation, you guys did an amazing job!

Tom’s crew replaced our 36 year old Trane HVAC system in literally one day. His men work quietly and quickly. I hope Pure Air is still around 36 years from now when this Trane system is ready to go, because I’m not wasting my time with anyone else. Providing I’m still here in 36 years. No hard sell, Tom sized up what we needed in a 15 minute visit and quoted it a few hours later. I can’t wait to tell the Lowes sales rep I saved $13,000 by going with Pure Air. Plus, Lowes was pushing a low end tract-home condenser. I’ve got a Trane, and Trane’s like to run!

Pure Air to the rescue! In the midst of a record-breaking heatwave, our AC system was not working. It was a very old system, original to the 1994-era house. Pure Air answered our call and scheduled a visit promptly. What a relief! Tom's team worked tirelessly in difficult conditions. They were unfailingly courteous. We now have a wonderful new AC system, and it works perfectly. We are very satisfied with Pure Air and I would recommend them without hesitation.

About a year ago our old AC system had an issue. I called Pure Air to come out and take a look at the system. Because of the system's age and the cost of repairing the AC, I asked for a quote to install a new system After providing the details of our house, Tom at Pure Air sent a quote via email the same day. Based on prior google and yelp reviews and comparison with other quotes i received, I decided to contract Pure Air to install a brand new AC/Heating system. Since then I experienced no issues with the heating and cooling of our home The system worked flawlessly. I am very satisfied with the service, quality, and performance of our new unit. Thank you Pure Air. Update: Recently, the AC did not provide cool air. A call to Pure Air was made, and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. A technician arrived on time and went to work. Within a short time he discovered the circuit breaker had tripped . He made a few other checks on the system and determined the the system is operating as designed. Explained the cause and left with no other work being done. No charge for the visit. Excellent service. Will use this company again for my AC/Heating needs.
It is a pleasure to work with Pure Air Company. Mr Tom Nguyen the owner explained very detail what I need to do to improve more cool air for those bedrooms faceing on EAST by open more return air registers for upstair bedroom. After replaced all the vent windows, add more static turn air ducts, add additional grill in pantry room, adjust the speed of HVAC unit. Now I live in heaven with less noisy AC when it is on. All the bedroom upstair so cool now. The team work is professional, polite and clean. They worked in my house with the mask on and wear boot cover. They clean up the mess wherever they work. Ray, Ronnie, and Raphael were always on time,work hard from 3 days down to 1 ½ days, very friendly, clean, and respectful. I am very happy with the service. In the future if I need any repair or service I will call Tom at PURE AIR. Highly recommended.
We had the cooling and heating system replaced by Pure Air as they were recommended by our neighbor, had great reviews, and the best quote. Tom, the owner, is great to work with and his communication, integrity, and honesty are rock solid. He explains everything in detail and offered industry incentives that other contractors didn't even mention. Tom also has the best crew! Ray and Ronnie came to the house to review our original system so Tom could provide a quote. They were punctual, polite, honest, and shared their system recommendations. Once work commenced, Ray, Ronnie, and Raphael were always on time, very friendly, clean, and respectful. These guys work very hard and knocked the work out in 2 days with the utmost quality. Ray's follow up and communication as site lead is superb! I would not only recommend Pure Air to my friends and family, but to anyone that is looking to have this type of work done. If you are looking to upgrade or change your system, Pure Air should be first on your list!!!
I called in to ask some questions, a guy answered and was hard to hear but I asked a question and he mumbled while talking fast and all I heard was "thank you have great day". really? You're so busy you can't talk or explain after I asked "sorry could you repeat that" and hang up on my face? I was going to give you a good amount of business and just wanted some information. Ridiculous and terrible first impression.
Tom, Paul and their crew were amazing! Seriously can't believe how knowledgeable, skilled, and flexible this company is! We had a complicated job since we had to remove soffits and find new routes for the ductwork. They are so focused on customer service and on "getting it right" that we will recommend them to all of our friends and colleagues. Thanks guys!!! You are the best!!!

My AC stopped working over Labor day weekend and during a heat wave! I messaged PureAir that night (Monday) and got a response within the hour. I had someone out first thing Wednesday! Ronnie and Kevin came and were awesome from the start! They were able to diagnose and fix my problem in less than 2 hours. Thanks guys!
