Jay just came out for inspection. Total jerk and not willing to anything as long as it’s blowing air. Total disregard for the property by not even consider putting shoe cover. The apathetic attitude. I would not recommend this company for those looking for repair options.

Doug came out to check the heating system. Clearly not planning on doing anything that day but just looking for an easy out. Found my external unit in a wooden box so asked that I remove it to give him access and immediately left. Took me 10 minutes to remove the box and gain access. Called back to make another appointment, no response from them unless I complain to the home warranty. Refused to come in on a weekend, refused to come in when I'm not home even if I give him access, refused to give me a narrow window of arrival. Eventually I had to take a whole day off work and sit at home all day waiting for him but he never showed up, claiming that he had a late job. Promised to show up the next day or the day after but never heard back from him. If you're stuck with this company, chances are they were assigned to you by your home warranty, hard to believe anyone would willfully hire those jokers. The worst of the worst. My home warranty is First American Home Warranty, also the worst of the worst since they contract with mediocre companies like this one.

Great company. Quality work and when complete no evidence they were ever there. All was left clean. The staff is very nice and easy to work with. Oil thing is they send you a text attachment or link allowing you to see where the technician is and how soon they will arrive. Technician came for about 5 min. He said he needed some tool and would most likely have his boss come back in 1-2 days because his was broken and cost $500. Nice guy. We waited and when we called to see if someone was coming the lady that answered was in a terrible mood and was straight rude. I even asked her if she was upset, she said she was because she had to repeat herself to me after telling my husband the same info a few minutes prior. I have never been talked to like that. If you can avoid using a company that hires such an unprofessional staff, please do.

Our Heating furnace went out just before Christmas. Our Insurance company sent out Dunn-rite. The owner Jay was knowledgeable and helpful. Dunn-rite replaced the furnace/heater and made some other modifications in timely matter. Now we have heat for Christmas hooray! Would absolutely recommend Dunn-rite

Chuck was most knowledgeable. Turns out with a new heating system you must change your filter about 1 time each month. The newer high efficiency units, in my case Goodman, must change the filter once a month or when somewhat dirty or the unit will NOT start. If the installer from Solaris told me this, I wouldn't have been without heat for days & have to pay a service fee. All new units need new filters much more often as they are programmed not to turn on! The installer, Chuck, with Dunn Rite explained it too me in simple language 👌!

Once the service date was set the technician, Jay, was on time, informative, efficient, and effective. I would recommend the company based on this service call without reservation. It did take a bit of time to get the service call set but that might be the case with any business this time of year.

They got assigned through my home warranty insurance. Their Technician (Jay) came in for diagnosis. Asked a bunch of questions and constantly looked for ways to dismiss the problem. After 5 minutes and without any kind of diagnosis on the furnace unit he decided that the problem is pre existing condition and asked for money to do the repair! And of course I asked him out! They’re a bunch of gold diggers using the home warranty insurances to find and force sales on clients and make problems in their insurance claims. I advise dismissing them anytime you encounter them for a business and go with another company.

I recently had a horrible experience with Jay. He was extremely sarcastic and rude while he was at my house. In the middle of me asking questions he just left and didn't finish the job. I am very confused and surprised someone would behave the way he did. It took a week to schedule him to come out and now I need to call someone else. Save your time and find another company. Even if you have a home warranty and you get connected, tell your home warranty to pick another company.
