Very friendly, quick, and efficient.
Called in and spoke with Jen, she was very informative and helpful. I booked my appointment fairly quick and got a technician out to resolve my problem with my air conditioning. Will definitely be using them for any future services.
I called Cole Services to report a leak. The receptionist was very friendly and told me she was able to get me in the schedule in a few days, however, if anything opened up, she would call me….this was on a Friday. She called me back Friday afternoon and told me she can get to me on Monday. Great! Issac was a great technician…he was prompt and professional. He was able to identify the source of my leak and make the repair the same day. I would definitely use Cole Services for my future plumbing needs.
We’ve used Cole services at least twice. We received a very quick response, friendly and thorough work which didn’t take too long to finish!! Very satisfied
Cole employee, Isaac Sanchez, was wonderful…he performed above & beyond my expectations. Isaac was professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and efficient. I would recommend Isaac & Cole’s Services without any reservation to everyone. Reasonably priced as well. I am a very satisfied customer!
Our service technician, Zach Boy, provided service way beyond expectations. He patiently explained exactly what he was doing to solve the problem of why our gas furnace was not working. He outlined suggestions and gave different options of how to deal with the problem. He was personable and knowledgeable. If needed, I would have him back in a second. The person in the office who we originally contacted to make the appointment also was friendly and helpful. I am very impressed with Cole Services.
Don’t trust these these guys. I decided to give them a chance to provide me with maintenance service. After cancelling on me twice they showed up and a big show about how old my furnace was. After not providing service, the person recommended I update my furnace. Thankfully, I read other reviews on Yelp before proceeding. This seems to be how they scam people. Instead of fixing the problem, they indicated a bigger problem that is insolvable and suggest you replace the whole thing. Don’t let these snakes in your door. They are not to be trusted.
Check their Yelp page for honest reviews. This business is a scam. I called them to help provide service on my furnace. They sent an rookie who says they are unable to fix your furnace and that I need to upgrade my furnace. Yes it’s that kind of business. Extremely wasteful to take out a perfectly functioning furnace for the sake of a money making business. Keep your grandparents away from this place- they will take advantage of the vulnerable.

I had a great experience with COLE SERVICES because it was from A to Z an excellent service. My issues were resolved with easy and affordable solutions. The technician and the administration were always in professional touch with me. I definitely I will recommend their services to my family and friends.

Please look at their Yelp ratings before doing buisness with them. They WILL take advantage of you and upsell you. Was told my friends carbon monoxide positioning so we had another company come out and turns out they were lying! There was no carbon monoxide positioning. They were just trying to take advantage.
Being a first time home buyer and widow, I have already come across some shady contractors through my Home Warranty Insurance trying to rip me off. I cancelled those appointments and searched reviews for plumbers in my area and came across Cole Services. From the moment I called Cole Services to the completion of the plumbing job, everyone I spoke to over the phone and in person, was kind and professional. Their prices are fair and reasonable and they will show up when they say they will. No having to wait in a 4 hour window for someone to come out, they told me what time they would show up and did. Having trustworthy individuals in this industry is not always easy to find. I will be keeping them in my contacts for future jobs. Coles Services has put faith back in me that there are good people and companies out there that care about their customers. Pablo was a pleasure to work with. Thanks Cole Services!!
Cole’s installed my roof AC unit 2 years ago. Today I had an annual maintenance check done. Kassidy & Victor resealed ducting on the roof, checked the cooling/heating temperatures & changed the filter. They where professional, friendly & followed COVID rules
Main drain clogged. Cleaned AND video the drain. The plumber and the supervisor or kind and sincere. The comment on the work, the results, and where to go forward. they are not salesman, and I love that. I will remember Cole’s in the future!
The first thing that stood out was the professionalism of the tech. Victor was considerate and thoughtful when listening to what I thought was the problem. He then effectively explained what he was going to do and all that took place. I appreciated that because I am not a HVAC professional however I am familiar with some of the inner workings of HVAC because of my job involvement. He did not discount what I knew and I appreciate that level of respect.
I have been a customer for a number of years. I have found servicemen to be prompt, attentive, and responsive to our needs. I never have to wait long periods for appointments and service is rendered at the time promised, quickly and efficiently.
Nick was on time, very professional and polite. He explained everything to me in a clear manner. Wore booties in my home which I liked! He didn’t waste time, worked efficiently! Highly recommend to all your company and will use Cole Plumbing in the future. Great experience!!!
