Flexible with little extra work and charged only if it's necessary. I thanked the technician for being that way, so kind. It was the air and heating repairs that he performed beyond the needed job. All the parts that failed to work were fixed excellently within an hour. He then gave me a piece of advice and tips to keep the life and condition of our unit. They will be my first call the next time, for sure.
