Niiick came out on 4th of July to save us from the heat wave!!! Nick was also friendly & very educated explaining how our HVAC system works, thank you!!!
The representative blocked our number and did not inform us that they no longer wanted to assist us. We reached out and we understood it was a holiday but they stated they would come out and assist us with no worries. They tried their best and stated they would come the next day at 10am to better assist which we were fine with but when we tried to reach out since it’s now past 10am they blocked our number. Very unfortunate.
I am very happy with the service that was provided for my heater they were quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.
Honestly, Nick was amazing and very responsive when coming over on short notice. Our A/C system blew a fuse but luckily for us Husky Air was available to service us late in the day. We truly appreciate his help and we will definitely call again if we have issues with our system. 10/10 experience!
I seem to have some problem with my HVAC every year. I've lived in my house for three years. Each year, I have called Husky Air to come out and check it out. Husky Air has been out to my house same day, EACH time. Not only that, the diagnosis by their tech has been quick and fixed same day. They have always charged me what I believe is a fair and competitive price. When it's summertime and your air goes out, you'll pay almost anything. The fact that they charge me a great price, come same day, communicate with me throughout the day about their expected arrival time, and their professionalism, is exactly why I will continue to use their services. These guys are top-notch. I couldn't recommend them more.
Super happy with the service Husky Air provided. This is the second time we’ve used them with short notice. They are very responsive and kind. They scheduled me quickly to fix the issue as soon as possible. I definitely recommend them and will continue using them for all AC service/repair needs!
This company has been tampering with AC units in townhomes and putting their stickers on the units they tampered with to con people to use them for repairs they caused
00000_ZER0 STARS_WAS JUST TOLD BY AN ACTUAL PROFESSIONAL THAT NICK SHOULD HAVE NEVER TOLD ME MY AIRCONDITIONER COULD BE FIXED THE PLACE WHERE IT'S LEAKING FROM CAN'T BE REPAIRED. DOES ANYONE KNOW IF I CAN TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT.? MY DAUGHTER THAT LIVES IN VIRGINIA FELT SO BADLY FOR ME.SHE CALLED NICK'S TELEPHONE#. A GENTLEMAN CLAIMING HIS NAME WAS MICHAEL TOLD MY DAUGHTER THAT NICK WAS NO LONGER WITH THE COMPANY. IF I TOOK DOWN THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS HE WOULD FIX MY AIRCONDITIONER. I TEXTED MICHAEL AND SAID OF COURSE IF HE WAS GOING TO BE A RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS MAN AND ACTUALLY FIX IT AND NOT CON ME LIKE NICK AND STEVEN. GUESS WHAT NO RESPONSE AT ALL. THEY CAN CHANGE THEIR NAMES BUT THEIR WORK ETHIC OBVIOUSLY HASNT. NICK WILL SAY GOD BLESS YOU, TO MAKE THE CON EASIER. I'm going to email every single airconditioner company to notify them what kind of business men Nick and StevenValdez are representing their products. They cheated me out of 580.00 dollars. They blocked me. Instead of backing up their work. LE ROBAN A LA GENTE DON'T TRUST!! CHEATED meTHEY LIE ABOUT REPAIRS .DON'T TRUST NICK and STEVEN DON'T DO A GOOD JOB AND BLOCK YOUR CALLS WHEN YOU WANT TO LET THEM KNOW THAT THEIR REPAIR DID NOT WORK. UPDATE ON NICKS OFFER TO TO FUND ME FOR HIS BOTCHED JOB. ZÉRO STARS THEY LIE If I could give Nick and Steven Valdez a double ZER0 I would they charged me 580.00 dollars for nothing my airconditioner is still not working I called, e-mailed texted and used their chat service. They blocked my number. I will be reporting them to the police, sheriff's department, Better Business Bureau and ask Channel 4 to investigate their fraudulent business. I've sent them emails and texts asking for them to repair it correctly but I was blocked Im asking for a refund so I can hopefully find a reputable company I was guided by the reviews here. Otherwise I can't afford another repair I'm on a budget Believe me it was extremely hot in my house last night and even worse think

Amazing brothers from Husky Air came out at 7pm on a emergency call my daughter was here with my grand daughter it was freezing, they saved us! would use them forever!!!
