Josh and his crew, did an Awesome job for us. They were very professional and super fast. We are very happy with the complete new air conditioning system that ICM installed for us.

Josh and team were great! I originally discussed with Gilmore, and was referred to Josh/ICM for another opinion. Josh quickly diagnosed the problem and our HVAC was on its last legs. Gilmore quoted as well, and Josh and team were considerable lower, not to mention Josh was extremely patient with questions and exploring of options. Once we moved forward he had the team out here in less than a week and completed the whole removal and install in less than a day! Couldn't recommend them more and plan to use them for all services going forward!

ICM mechanical replaced my entire A/C system at home a year ago, they were very fast and professional and got us back to a nice cool home just before the heat hit us last summer. Now it is still working perfectly I couldn't be happier. Today my A/C at work quit, Josh was able to diagnose it quickly and got me cool again same day. Amazing, thank you ICM Mechanical!

Used Josh's service for AC repair two summers ago and for heater repair this winter and Josh has been responsive, quick to attend to the issue and spot on with the repairs. I don't see Josh recommending unnecessary fixes or pushing maintenance packages like others but rather addresses the issue at hand at nominal charges. Highly recommend Josh & ICM Mechanical for your HVAC repair needs.
Josh inspected our HVAC system identified a problem with the circuit break replaced faulty breaker.

My unit was having issues with not pumping hot air. ICM sent technician out and they were able to get it fixed in a short amount of time. I appreciated the communication when they would be arriving and arriving around that time. Technician was professional and explained what he wanted to check to diagnose. I was very grateful it was something minor. Really appreciated their honesty and being able to resolve so quickly. I will be using them for my future needs and would recommend to my family and friends.
Josh was very thorough in describing my current predicament and providing the proper substitute. The installation team was professional, arrived early to begin work, addressed all of my questions, and did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. The new method is fantastic. We had ICM replace our HVAC system and chose them based on a referral from a friend. They did a great job, we were really pleased. Since the install we’ve had two questions arise that required someone to come to the house. Both times I called early in the morning, someone answered the phone and took a message. Dwayne called me back within an hour and Josh was at my house by the end of the day. Both questions were answered and Josh explained exactly what happened and why. Josh is so nice and understanding I can’t say enough good about him. If you’re looking for a local HVAC company that treats you like a customer, even after the install, and not a revenue source call ICM. Thanks again team. Mike Lowry
