I had the misfortune of being stuck behind one of their work trucks in the number one lane while they did 65 to 70 mph. In the number one lane. Never moving over and letting the fast cars go like a decent person would, no this person did 65 mph at 9:30pm.... That alone makes me never want to have to use this company. It is not your job to police other people while on the road. This person very easily could have moved to the the slower Lane we're doing 65 mph is acceptable.

Our AC stopped working during the 105 degree heat wave and it was literally 92 degrees inside my house. I called American Home Shield (AHS) and they assigned me to another vendor, however the soonest they could come out was 1 week from now. The heat was unbearable so in desperation I called AHS again for another option. They referred me to Rommel at All Temp Mechanical. I called Rommel and he was willing to come out to my house in 2 days! Long story short, I had to call AHS several times to transfer the work order to Rommel. I called Rommel at 715pm and amazingly he picked up to speak with AHS. He came out the very next morning (earlier than expected), found the issue, and fixed it within 35 minutes. He was my LIFESAVER! Throughout the whole process Rommel was very responsive and easy to reach. He not only was willing to see me in an emergency but also provided excellent workmanship. I would not hesitate to contact him for my future AC needs. Please do yourself a favor, save some time and go directly to Rommel. He will take care of you!

Rommel provided great customer service, reasonable pricing,and I couldn't be happier with the end result. I had a 35 year old AC unit replaced along with some duct work at my father's house. Rommel replaced the unit very quickly and was able to replace all the ducting in the house in a couple days. This is a tough job since the crawl space in the attic was very tight. I would not hesitate to use Rommel for any AC/Heating issues I may have in the future.

I am a repeat customer. I’ve had All Temp service several of my homes, and every time the service exceeds my expectations. Service ranged from replacing Run Start capacitors, finding leaks in the system, to replacing condenser fan motors. All Temp Mechanical is reliable, prompt and shows up when scheduled. The owner is honest, and that is important to me. He is transparent about what the issue is and does not attempt to add anything unnecessary to the work. The price is extremely competitive. It is hard to find contractors you can depend and trust, but All Temp Mechanical is my go-to when service is needed.

My AC unit went out and I called All Temp the next day (Sunday). I described my issue and he came to the same conclusion I did about the problem. We discussed how much it would cost upfront, and he came over within the hour. He replaced the capacitor and everything started running again. He also checked coolant level and filled it back up. Now the AC cool a lot faster! Overall, he was prompt and made sure to explain everything. I would call him again if I had any problems.

My girlfriend called to have our AC serviced while I was out of town. The tech that came out billed for 7 lbs of coolant in a unit that only holds 4 lbs. We ran into this problem again this summer and called a different company. They came out and said the All Temp Mechanical tech didn't check for a leak, which the new tech found, and said we were charged for a 3 extra pounds of coolant that our AC unit could not hold. Don't use this company.

I had cooling issues on Saturday afternoon. I reached out to All Temp Mechanical, and expected a return call Monday morning. To my delighted surprise Rommel from ATM said he will come to look at it now, Saturday early evening. And, even more surprising he found the issue and replaced the defective item within minutes.
