Tanner was my sales technician. He came to the house and did a very thorough examination and was very good at listening to my thoughts and concerns. He was on time and very professional and asked a lot of questions. SoCal Green Hvac was my 5th quote from a major A/C company as I knew this was going to be an enormous expense. I had taken about 8 months doing research on all the companies that were highly recommended. Tanner wrote a fair proposal and was flexible with a few items. I went with SoCal Green Hvac out of the 5 companies because I felt like they were not trying to up-sell me or use scare tactics to gain my business. I checked them out on BBB, AZ license and their insurance coverage. The install was effortless and painless and done by SoCal Green Hvac long term employees. 6 men showed up for a Saturday install of 2 rather complex units - one heat pump had to go in a tight space in the attic of the master closet. But they padded and protected everything (even the stairway) and were professional and very helpful. I have to say, I usually do not expect above average customer service anymore, so everyone from SoCal Green Hvac, including team on the phone scheduling everything, was a delight to work with. They finished the job before 3 pm and left my house neat and clean. And everything written in the contract was delivered - I felt like they really cared about getting it right. Making sure a job is done correctly and exceeds expectations should be #relationship goals for all companies, but we all know that is rarely the case. SoCal Green Hvac did just that. I will recommend SoCal Green Hvac to all of my neighbors without hesitation. They have earned a customer for life.
This was our first experience with SoCal Green Hvac. Being new to the area, we wanted to establish a relationship with an HVAC company for regular maintenance and service. The 18-year-old HVAC system in our condo was in need of the thorough inspection and cleaning. Jordan arrived within the scheduled appointment window and executed his checklist; documenting all of the necessary measurements. He then reviewed his findings with us and indicated that our HVAC unit was in good shape. Jordan was extremely sensitive about not making a mess. Everything was neat and clean when he left. He was very polite and professional. Jordan left us with a sense of confidence that we had chosen the right company. We would highly recommend SoCal Green Hvac to those in need.
Ted Hen, Was awesome. Very professional and down to earth. no pressure sales at all. Took a video and explained everything that would be done and why. They cared more about my wife and I being satisfied with the work than them getting their money. The service we got was worth every penny !!!! Everyone I talked to thru this whole process was absolutely wonderful. We got estimates from 2 other very well known companies. Ted's estimate was more detailed than the other two put together. SoCal Green HVAC doesn't need expensive TV commercials. The company has solvency and integrity SoCal Green HVAC Rocks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Picked SoCal Green HVAC for the install and the attention to detail was awesome. Beautiful work. Used SoCal Green HVAC for twice a year service and their service tech lives a mile from my house so I schedule Michael for the last service of the day. Always in touch and very detail oriented. Couldn't ask for better service or attention to detail. Very happy with their service contract for annual maintenance. Will keep my units going for longer than average and keep them more reliable and efficient
Technician showed up on time and had requisite 30' ladder. Appeared to be very thorough. Provided pic for recommended repair.
Work was done professionally done. Sales guy worked with us to find a good AC solution. The joj required 2 followup visits.
Right from the start, things went so smoothly. Our sales representative, Scott, was upfront, honest and professional. He provided us great information and got us the right system for our home without pushing expensive equipment on us. He gave us a clear outline of how the process would go. A few days before installation we received an email clearly outlining how everything would go. The install team called ahead so we knew just when they would get here. They explained the process and answered questions to put us at ease. They were professional and respectful throughout it all, explained everything once they were done and left the house as clean as when they got here. We highly recommend them for any and all AC needs!
It went very well, he taped up some wires with some minor chew marks and vacuumed out the AC unit. I also had some insulation that the rodents chewed into which he didn’t recommend replacing because its only purpose is to dampen sound. He was very honest about what needed what did not need repair.
Awesome. We got 3 estimates, and all were quite similar. However, Gary L gave us the clearest, most detailed, and best description of exactly what we needed, didn't need, and how it all worked. This is a substantial investment, and we felt the best service and follow-up was offered by SoCal Green HVAC. And, one of our units went out before they could do their installation of the new units, and true to their agreement with us they put in a temporary unit asap and we were not without AC for more than a couple of hours.♥
David was great. Checked out everything and AC is running great. I highly recommend SoCal Green Hvac. They are honest, reliable and great people.
Ruben came on time and did a Maintenace check on our entire HVAC system. He was very polite and professional. He took a look at our ducting work in the attic and discovered one vent was disconnected and the ducting was damaged and old. SoCal will be sending an estimate for repairs as well as one for replacing all of our old and outdated duct work. He also explained how to make our system more efficient. We felt good about his about his visit.
We got back from a trip and found the A/C compressor would not stay active for more than a few minutes. I called after 9pm left my information with their answering service. Promptly after 7am the next day I got a call from Veronica to schedule my appointment, She got me someone to come in the afternoon. Miguel came in, inspected the A/C unit and found the capacitors had been damaged by either the recent thunderstorm or the power outage that came with it (or both). The high voltage electrical wires were also a bit "toasty". He recommended the proper repairs and had the unit back up and running in less than an hour (from arrival). Price was well within the expectation. Have had nothing but good experiences with SoCal Green Hvac.
I called for a water heater replacement/installation due to a leaking tank and they were able to get a technician out that day, although I was not available, they did come out first thing the following morning. When Don S. arrived on time he was very professional, explaining what he would need to do and how long it would take. Don was very efficient, cleaned up thoroughly, and completed the job under the time quoted. The old water heater had some piping that was jimmy rigged (previous home owner install) and he went out of his way to make it right including a pan and drain spout. Should anyone need a water heater installation I will definitely refer them to SoCal Green Hvac and to ask for Don S. for installation.
Jeremy B was the technician that installed a 50-gallon electric water heater. I was impressed with how quick he switched out my 14 year old tank with the replacement, that included all new pipes. The speed and quality install was unexpected, total time felt barely an hour. He also gave advice on annual maintenance so that I get the most life out of the unit. I totally recommend their service.

Our old hot water heater broke overnight and flooded the garage. I called SoCal Green Hvac at 9am Saturday morning and they showed up the same day, early in the afternoon and it was replaced in a few hours. Everything was exceptional, from the customer service rep on the phone to the technician who did the work. This company is professional and very legitimate. John, the technician, was very transparent in the cost and scope of work and he did an excellent job. I was extremely pleased with the whole process and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Chris from SoCal Green Hvac came and installed my new water heater today. It was 16 years old and although I’d noticed some popping, I didn’t really pay attention until the water didn’t seem very hot this morning. Called SoCal Green Hvac, Chris was here well within the time frame, and did a beautiful job. I wonder if people really understand the craftsmanship and artistry that goes into putting in a new water heater – and it IS an art. Very happy with the new installation, and it gave me the opportunity to remove the washer and dryer (necessary to get to the water heater) and clean out all the funk underneath them. Thank you! Wonderful job!
When my 30 year old gas water heater finally retired with a bang, I knew who I didn’t want to call (the big box stores). I decided on your company and was happily surprised. The tech who came, Trevor E. was great. In 104 degree heat, he got the old one and all the corroded lines out and had the new one up and running in no time. Thanks. Trevor!!
Jeremy B was on time and did not waste any time getting the old water heater removed and the new one installed. Followed my instructions perfectly and installation looks great and we had hot water within 45 minutes. Highly recommend Jeremy and SoCal Green Hvac.
