So fast! I called and someone was at my house within the hour. The parts were installed quickly and I had working air again right away. A true life saver.
Recently installed a split system. Crew was clean and professional. On time. Price and process were just as explained on initial visit. We are very pleased and would recommend them We had used prior for repairs on our properties and service was also excellent and reasonable.
Came a day earlier, had me up and running in no time.
I highly recommend this company. Mark is probably the most helpful, most honest,a nd most dependable person who has ever come to work on anything in my home. He was prompt and communicative. I was able to get an appointment easily, and he told me when he was on his way over. He is very knowledgeable about my AC and heater, knew what needed done, and didn't try to sell me on any nonsense like every other company has. Thank you Mark and Zeb for being so cool.

My AC condenser failed a few days ago and I had called a local Auburn company to troubleshoot and provide a repair estimate. Unfortunately, the tech sent out jumped to the conclusion the entire AC system was failed and the condenser was mechanically seized, requiring a massive investment in a whole new system. I was not confident that the system was truly dead despite its age and sent out several requests for info and Mark responded right away. He asked if the first tech had done a few other things in the troubleshooting process, none of which had been tried. Mark was very respectful and professional and was able to come over the next day to troubleshoot. Within 10 minutes, he had the system up and running again and cooling successfully. He did a great job and did not gouge me for the work. I will definitely keep him on speed dial if/when the old gal croaks on me sometime in the future!
We had a great experience with Ecology Air Innovations. Mark is very knowledgeable and took a lot of time explaining all of our options to us for our new AC and Heating units. The install was done in 6 hours. All of the technicians were very professional and clean. Highly recommend this company!

Ecology Air Innovations did an excellent job installing our new complete HVAC system and (extensive) new duct work. In the initial consultation Mark explained every step of the project clearly and all our requests and questions were addressed. Once Jake and the rest of the team arrived, installation was quick, efficient and smooth. Everyone was friendly, professional and very respectful of our home. One thing that stood out for us (among the other competitors) was the excellent warranty. I would recommend this business to anyone looking to improve or replace their heating and air. Ecology Air Innovations is amazing! My heater had gone out this past fall when the weather started to get very cold. I was referred by a family member that had used them to install their AC and heater. So I called and Mark came to my home on the same day! He gave me an estimate to replace my heater and AC since they both were over 30 years old! Mark actually ended up fixing my old heater so that we could have heat in our home and get by until we decided if we were going to purchase a new system, and also get estimates from other companies. And to my surprise, Mark did not want to charge me for fixing my heater! Who does that nowadays? He was not pushy or tried to convince me to go with his company. Mark at the time he fixed my heater, had no idea if I was going to end up having his team install my new heater and AC since I was still shopping around and getting quotes, and knowing that, he still did not charge me a penny for fixing my old heater! Mark was very professional, knowledgeable, honest, and went above and beyond to help me. Don't waste your time shopping around getting quotes from other companies! Ecology Air Innovations quoted me very reasonable prices for high quality heaters and AC systems. The advantage of a small family company is that you will see them again if you ever need them to come back or if any of your family members need their heaters or AC units fixed! I clearly ended up having Mark and his team install my new heater and AC. I am extremely happy and pleased with what they delivered (thank you, Jake!). They are like family and will take care of you, no matter what! I also referred them to my brother and they installed a new heater and AC for them as well, and they are also very happy! And I also ended up referring Mark to my niece since her heater was not working during the cold winter days and she was desperate to get her heater working since she had newborn infant twins at home. Ecology Air Innovations was impressive from the start with their quick response to our request for service through the completion of the installation of our HVAC system. The system replaced was over 20 years old with a motor failure in the heating system (entire house rattled when the heat was running). Since we experience annual issues with our AC, we decided to replace the entire HVAC system rather than continue to put band aids on the issues. After diagnostics of our heater issue, Mark and Jake provided very clear options available for repair and did not press or try to sale us on a new system. We appreciate their honesty and decided to move forward to replace our entire system. Jake and Nick performed the installation, and they showed great care for our home by laying floor covers along all paths to attic for heating system and vacuuming any areas where very little insulation may have fallen. Their work was very professional and very neat. After the installation, you could not tell that they were even onsite other than the fact that we had a new system operating without noise; very nice to have the heat without the house rattling. The AC unit was nicely placed and secured on a platform slightly raising the unit above the cement and lines from house to unit were neatly insulated. In addition, Jake went above and beyond when he noticed a poor airflow to the 1st floor, something that we experienced for years where previous vendor, that we used for service, explain that it was because our unit was older and that the range of the airflow was within the standard range. Well Jake looked into it further and discovered that one of the ducts leading to the downstairs registers had worked its way loose. After reattaching/reseating the duct and securing it, we now have a good flow of heat downstairs and we are very pleased (looking forward to a cool downstairs in the summer). Mark and his team have worked on two different systems for my family. At our first house they helped us recover from another companies install and it was so nice to have everything working correctly and be able to put that stress behind us. When we moved to our new house an entire system needed to be replaced, ducting and everything, and his team came out and did a great job. They are super responsive to all my requests. I texted him directly the other day with a question about a system he'd installed a year before and he responded right away with exactly the information I needed. Additionally, he's always been able to refer me to good service when he can't get something done himself. Great business, thanks Mark and team!
NOT impressed... I scheduled an appointment via their website, and received a confirmation of the request received. Next I received an email stating "Thanks for your booking. Looking forward to meeting you! Once Mark Gilmore accepts the appointment you will get an email notification." Well, I have to take time from work to meet these people, and so I did. But, no final confirmation or other further communication was sent. It was like I had never requested the appointment. Thanks for nothing ...
