John is the ultimate professional. My wife and I have been customers for a couple years and he is always responsive, on time, and fixes whatever issue we are dealing with on our HVAC. I highly recommend On Point.
Called them to repair our heater that totally stopped working during this freezing cold storm and was glad they were able to schedule us quickly. John was friendly and arrived on-time. He was able to immediately troubleshoot the failed part and they didn't try to upsell or gouge me on the repairs. Highly recommended and would use them in the future.
