We had such a pleasant experience with Global Heating and Air Conditioning. From start to finish, you can tell that they definitely take pride in what they do. Our main contact to lock in the scope of the project was Sal and from the start, he was very professional and responsive. Additionally, he would follow up and ensure that all of our questions were answered. We had the "good vibes" and it was important to us that whoever we work with, we trust. Well, the project completed (heatpump) and we can say with much confident that these guys are amazing! The install went smoothly. Gabe was the team lead for the 2 days. Him and his team was professional, kind, and considerate. Prior to the completion of the project, he ensured that we understood the system and tested everything to make sure that our heatpump is functioning properly. They scheduled the HERS testing right away and the results were.....no leaks in the system at all.....0. Their craftsmanship deserves an applaud. There were minor hiccups (not related to the heatpump) but Sal and Gabe rectified the situation quickly....very professional and really stands by the term "satisfaction guaranteed". Our family is so happy we went with Global. We highly recommend Global and their team for any HVAC projects!
Had a single zone Mitsubishi mini split system installed by Gabe and his crew. The guys did an awesome job - quick, professional, and clean. The whole process from getting a quote to scheduling an install date was very straightforward as well.
I got my Solar system installed with them , and everything was completed before the time that they scheduled, really nice work and nice people, thank you Sal and Gabrielle :)
one night , my AC stop working, i called them and left a voice mail , then they called me back on the next day to come and fix the issue ate the same day , very affordable and friendly guys , thank you Sal and the Team
Without a doubt, the best HVAC company in the area. If you are in need of maintenance, replacement of an old system, or a new installation make Global your first choice. We had an old system that malfunctioned in the heat of late August last year. The Global team came out, identified, and fixed the issue within an hour. I asked them to bid us out a new system as ours was over 20 years old. They gave us a great bid with no pressure to buy now. Over the next 5 months I had three other HVAC companies come out to give us a bid. Not only was Global’s price the best, some of the other companies pushed a hard sell when they bid the project, which for me is an instant no. Global replaced our old system last week. True to their word, they did an absolutely amazing job both on the project and the follow up to ensure we were completely satisfied with the new equipment. I can’t recommend the company highly enough. If you find yourself in need of HVAC services, the team at Global should be your first call.
I just purchased solar after 9 quotes and they have the best service and best options for solar. I was shocked at the professionalism they had and they were very on time and knowledgeable. I blinked and everything was done. The inspection was the next day after they finished and that passed too. They definitely went above and beyond!!!! I got 17 panels and that’s a little more than I needed but I just got an electric car so it’s perfect. They also didn’t try to upsell me.
Came out promptly to fulfill a warranty issue.
I highly recommend Global Heating and Air. They came out to help quote out a new furnace, and we ended up going with a furnace plus heat pump to add AC. They gave me multiple quotes for different options, answered all my questions, and had great prices compared to industry standards. The crew of Gabe, Louie, and Rivan were great and Sal came to check and make sure all my questions were answered. I would recommend them again and would happy do business with them again!
I found this company by Google and Yelp reviews last year and have used their service twice. Salam is the service technician coming to my house both times. He is a honest and reliable person. Thanks Salam!
I got three bids & Global's was the lowest and almost half of the highest, which made me a bit leary. It turned out that they exceeded my expectations on every front. The communicated, were very careful to minimize dust when replacing five attic ducts. They also found & installed an AirScrubber. They showed up on time and were very professional. I'll use them again.
We got a full inspection on our HVAC, duct/vent and thermostat. We will definitely do business with Adam and this company again when we need it.
Solar and electrical panel installation
When our furnace stopped working new contacted several businesses. Global was very responsive and accommodating. He got us into his schedule ASAP, gave us honest estimates for repair and replacement without pushing us in either direction - so we could decide. Then when we decided to replace, he was able to get us on the schedule for just a few days later. We would use them again.

I cannot say enough good things about Sal and his team at Global Heating and Air Conditioning. They came highly recommended by two of my good friends, and I am happy to give them my best recommendation as well. Sal first came to check out my place in 2020. He was both professional and considerate in masking and taking COVID precautions, and I immediately knew that I wanted to work with him. This is the kind of work where you get what you pay for - I found a couple different A/C companies at price points, but I knew that Sal's team would do the best job. Due to unforeseen circumstances as a result of the pandemic, two years passed before I was finally ready to move forward with the A/C installation. I reached out to Sal again, and he remembered me and we scheduled the work. His team was professional, efficient, and friendly, and their attention to detail was impeccable. They’re great! It was quite a lot of work, and they clearly wanted to do an expert job. They did the installation during the hottest three days of the year - during the infamous heat dome of 2022. The A/C turned out better than I even imagined, and the ceiling cassettes that I chose are very sleek. After they finished the job, I woke up that first morning chilly and so happy.
They were able to diagnose our air conditioning problem and give us a honest and accurate report of findings which allowed us to open up an insurance claim for the resulting water damage to our home. Sal and Alexandria spent time talking to the insurance company that originally denied our claim.
Sam and Adam both went above and beyond for us in the worst heat wave of the year, coming after business hours and driving to pick up a part and paid out of pocket after it didn’t get delivered on time. He also fully serviced our unit and gave us a reusable filter. He was professional, PATIENT and kind. Thank you Adam! Sam stayed after hours waiting to get us ANOTHER part and then came back ASAP and fixed the unit. Thank you Sam!!
Our a/c unit went out a couple of days before extreme heat wave, I messaged them and they responded with in 30 mins. They showed up the next day on time and had our unit running in no time, tech was very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely will use this company again.
