I was nicely surprised by the attention to detail, conversation and professionalism to my high wall ductless a/c, heat unit. Cole was at my place on time after calling to confirm our appointment and that he was 20 minutes away. I was not sure what kind of service I would receive from Comfort Bros since they acquired 5 Diamond Mechanical whose owner has retired. My system was new and had only a previous routine check up. The service was so good I paid up front for their comfort club membership moving forward. I feel comforted that my unit will be serviced twice a year ( fall/winter for heat and spring/ summer for A/C) plus 15% discount off any repair needed and can earn $50 bro bucks should I need to use on repairs. The $50 will be rolled over each year until needed. My goal is earning up to $200plus before needed. If you are like me and skeptical give them a shot. I am glad I did and very happy that Cole will be my service person and am a priority each and every time he is needed.
Ryan showed up with a smile on his face. Diagnosed the problem and had my A/C back up and running in no time. Honest fair work and prices.
Amazing. All of my contacts with Comfort Bros have been so enjoyable. Cole, Cody, and Nicholas were so incredibly helpful even after normal hours and they delivered very professional, friendly service that left me feeling extremely confident in my purchases. They made mom very proud!!!!! I highly recommend this company, which is locally owned and operated. You won't be unhappy if you go with them. Check them out.
I live in E. County and our AC quit putting out cold air. Concerned for my 103 yr old mother I needed it fixed pronto, and my regular AC company couldn’t come for a week. So, looking through reviews, I decided to go with Comfort Brothers. It was just before closing, the staff was very polite and scheduled me for the next morning. Cody arrived per appointment time and quickly discovered what the problem was. Everything was explained in detail. A very educational and learning experience for me. Very professional and friendly. I decided to sign up for their maintenance program. I highly recommend Comfort Brothers, you won’t be disappointed. They go the extra mile for their clients, and are very reasonable.

Ryan came out on time and assessed the system. He provided some choices as to additional work in a professional manner, but did not come on as pushy. I will use him again.
We are very, very happy with the service provided by Comfort Bros Heating. Ryan arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He went above and beyond what we expected. He tuned up the wall heater, fixed a few minor things and thaught us how to handle it in the future.

Cory came out for an estimate and was very upfront and honest about what we could and couldn’t do. The pricing was within our budget and his crew showed up on time and completed the job in one day. System works great. We definitely recommend Comfort Bros.

From quote to installation it only took three days for these guys to install four split minis into our home. Dedicated to their craft.
We called comfort bros when our system went out in the middle of winter. They were so responsive and came the next day, which was a huge relief. They were so professional and understanding of our tight budget and gave us a ton of options on repairs. When it came time to do the work, they were communicative and fast. But what really set them apart was their installers being so considerate. They asked multiple times about the noise and if they were disturbing my daughter during her naps. I cannot stress enough how wonderful their customer service has been! A big thank you to Artie and Ryan for all your hard work and thank you to Jessica for being so responsive! This company is genuine and honest, I highly recommend them.
Cole (Nick AND Cody) provided extremely professional and friendly service. Cole was very thorough when explaining the problem with our system and at offering different options to fix it. Called for a quote and Nicholas, one of the owners, was able to be out the next day. He discussed installation options, various prices based on models, and specials for the week. We came to an agreement and his crew were out the next day. Reid and Dustin installed the new mini split system perfectly. They went over the specs of removing old equipment and how the new equipment would be installed as agreed upon with Nicholas. They were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Toward the end of installation Cody, the other owner, came by to make sure everything was correct and that I was satisfied. I am definitely. Great crew, great business. I give 5 out of 5!
Comfort Bros exceeded all expectations! True professionals. Matthew, Reid, Dustin, Cole, Nickolas, and Cody all did a fantastic job replacing my ducting and installing a new filter system to improve air quality throughout the house. Great value as well. This team is my choice for all HVAC systems from now on. Thank you Comfort Bros!
This is the only company I would trust for any air conditioning needs. Reid was my technician and was so incredibly professional and answered all of my questions. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend using this company and asking for Reid!
I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with trying to get people to fix my air conditioner, I took a chance and called and they sent someone, I think his name was Reid. He did a really good job and would definitely recommend this company to anyone who ask! Also be sure to ask for Reid
Reid Stammerjohn did an absolute fantastic job on installing this new system he put in for my house, and if he hasn’t gotten a raise yet then he surely deserves one he’s very much appreciated and a quality person at heart, an honest man if u will, young guy but did a phenomenal job very clean work and was genuinely surprised by his professionalism and dedication. Like I said before clean work all the wires were organized properly and tucked away beautifully I was very much impressed.
