As a local Realtor, I'm always as careful as possible when referring companies or individuals to my clients. They depend on me for help and I've gotta get it right. Especially when they are moving in from out of town. I recently referred Carini Heating, Air and Plumbing to a new family that just moved here from up North. They wanted to have the HVAC system replaced with an EV Charger and induction stove. After a few months I get a call from my clients who are 'over the moon' with the referral. They told me that they couldn't be happier with how things were going with the install and how thankful they were that I connected them with Carini Heating, Air and Plumbing. I will never hesitate to refer them to clients and wish to thank Gabe and his staff!
I called Carini Heating and Air after getting a quote from another company stating that I needed to replace my furnace. The quote was for $5400! I called Carini to give me another quote, and the technician was wonderful. He called to tell when he was coming and he was extremely professional and kind. My contractor called me to tell me that the technician found that the vents were not properly installed on our remodel, and it was causing back pressure to the furnace. We did not need to replace it after all!! We fixed the venting and the furnace is working fine. The honesty that Carini showed me will make me a customer for life! Thank you Carini!
The Carini team arrived fully prepared for a one day split ductless system installation at my 94 year old father's house. The team was well trained smoothly progressing through each phase of the install. Truly professional in design, installation, and quality workmanship. The house is old and modified over the years and a few minor changes were communicated well and resolved appropriately. An apprentice was on the team and it is noteworthy to see the technicians explaining the how's and why's of a quality installation during the work. Max provided a good design estimate and was on hand to answer questions and the lead tech, Conner, was very good at keeping the team moving forward, the site organized, and the house clean. I rarely leave 1 star reviews, but I can no longer bite my tongue. We have been very patient, understanding, and polite but now I just feel taken advantage of... and mind you this was a $20k job. This is going on 10 months now... After purchasing our new home, we decided we needed to get central heat & air. My mom is disabled and has medical conditions and is on certain medications that explicitly warn her to avoid heat/hot weather conditions. So, we made an appointment with Carini after reading great reviews and a positive previous experience with Clint for a gas line fix at our old home. We signed the proposal for a heat pump and air handler on 12/16 and was told the job could be done by 12/24, if not by NYE. Well, some space and product dimension issues arose and caused a slight delay in the receipt of the unit. Not a big deal. But what was hopefully going to be completed by 12/31 didn't happen until Mid-March. There was a major lack of communication between the techs and our household and the communication we did receive was always incorrect. We kept being promised a completion date, but it kept changing. At one point, we were even told, "It'll be done Friday, no matter what". And then Friday afternoon, the techs said "See you Monday morning" because it wasn't done. I literally had to email them and ask them to please stop promising us completion dates because it was only causing us disappointment. We never asked for any specific time frames or commitments, they just kept overpromising and under delivering. Over those 3.5 months I noticed a lot of sloppy and forgetful workmanship including leaving old ducting and garbage under our house even though its removal was part of our agreement, debris left in the return after cutting the hole for it, an unconnected duct, and even leaving the very large return exposed and uncovered while we waited for the custom covers to get in. This is a quality company with stellar ownership and staff. Mackenzie in the office is extreme friendly and pleasant on the phone. The technician, Tom, was on time, knowledgeable, and professional. We called Carini to get a second opinion about what ASI had recommended and thank goodness we did. ASI recommended a completely new AC system that would have cost us between $16k-$22k. Carini came in, made a few repairs/suggestions and only cost us $388.00. Huge savings, excellent staff, and just a quality company. They have my business for life!!! Thank you Carini
I was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of plumber Miguel. He was able to troubleshoot shoot a drainage problem, present a fair estimate and I felt my home was in good hands with Carini Heating and Plumbing!! I am really grateful to Carini for this exceptional employee.

I had a problem with a pipe leaking what I thought was sewage. I called Carini's . They sent a young man, Clint Gross. He was very polite and understanding as he listened to my problem. He looked at the pipe that was leaking and said that it was just muddy water and algae. He found the source-a faulty sprinkler connection. He turned it off- problem solved. Clint was the most understanding repairman I have had in a long time. He has such a calm way about him- perfect for his job! I would recommend him! - . Su

A rental of mine was having major plumbing issues. Called the guys at carini and they responded to my location within minutes-----they needed a large piece of machinery (jetting machine) and their staff was able to get the machine--tow it to my house and within an hour Carinin fixed my plumbing issues---they even gave me a 6 month guarantee. The cool thing is that I have full trust that if I had a problem------ they would happily come out an honor their guarantee. I slept great knowing that I found a company I could rely on.
All the employees involved with our project went above and beyond their job descriptions. Excellent install! The guys were very personable, helpful and knowledgeable. Clean and tidy. Highly recommend this company! One of the key things was pre-install, Carlos spent a lot of time explaining the the best design and equipment options for our home.

I recently had my HVAC replaced. Many thanks to Carini Heating, Air & Plumbing for an outstanding job. I appreciated the teamwork from Kathy in the front office; John Bodkin for estimate; Gio & Jesse for installation; Anthony for oversight; and Diana closing the loop in billing – very efficient; impeccable communication. Covid protocols were followed, and all that came to my home were respectful. John listened to my requirements and didn’t muddy up the estimate with extras I didn’t ask for (or need). He asked the right questions and obviously did his homework on the homes in my neighborhood. Gio & Jesse are the ideal installation team. They arrived early both days; kept me informed throughout the install; cleaned up work areas; and maintained a positive attitude the entire time. I really felt this crew truly cared and my satisfaction was a high priority. They weren’t being nice just to be nice. Thanks again, Carini HA&P.

Quite simply, Carini's has become my go-to HVAC provider when I am in a jam - and with my guest house constantly booked, I am usually running at max capacity. From my initial call ay 730pm on a Tuesday night with their answering service - the gentleman was professional, accurate and clear on getting my service request to the office for 1st thing Wednesday help. From Diana to Kathy in the office (thank you!) - they reached out and contacted me the next morning at 730am - nailing down the specifics and timing. I then received a call from Carini technician - Carlos Esquivel who had previously taken care of a gas heater replacement issue in December of 2019 again, in my guest house. Carlos listened understood I had an time window of 11am - 3pm where no one would be in the guest house. He managed to rearrange his schedule and came out approximately 1130am. Great guy! THAT'S SERVICE!! The problem was an AC coil drain pan water leak that was dripping across the attic floor and dripping out through a recessed lighting socket in the ceiling below. I am pretty handy - but, I know I could not find the source of this leak on my own. Carlos was amazing - he accessed the attic crawl space which is really cramped, tight and HOT up there - not to mention knee-deep in white blown-in insulation! He found a missing tray drain plug and a drain pan that was off-angled. He managed to have a plug with him and re-balanced the pan! He corrected both problems - Result? problem fixed - 1st time, right time! No more leaks, no more water dripping out of light fixture and he worked so quickly and efficiently. Carlos Esquivel is an awesome asset to the Carini Team and he makes things look so easy - when I know they aren't. My AC unit is working fine! I'm a happy customer, with happy guests - thanks to Carlos and the team at Carini. Highly recommend for any of your HVAC issues!
I am extremely happy with the Carini crew. Family might be a better word than crew. I’d like to recognize Geo who took the lead on my day of install. I wish I could remember his co-installer’s name. Smooth sailing for my split duct a/c on the top floor of my home where it gets hottest. Gabe and Ed recommended the unit and its placement. Good call vs what I originally had in mind. I should also call out the subcontractor-electrician. That piece was seamlessly coordinated. To many good nights’ sleep! Brad & Lem
