Got a quote and an install in less than 10 days. Mike was calm in explaining options and in planning the install. Tony and Edgar was fast, clean and very professional on the install. New system is working and smelling great.

Service remarkable. Starting from the beginning with Marcella in customer service, she was professional, warm, and very willing to help. Roy Villa, the technician, was amazing. He diagnosed the problem with our air conditioner has a leak of Freon in one of the hoses. Not only does he work hard but keeps us informed throughout the whole process. He’s a joy to work with.
Tony Guadarrama and Luis installed my new Bob Jensen HVAC system today with great results! Tony and Luis were professional, efficient, had great personalities and were on-time. As a Team, they were personal, empathetic and displayed exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this Jensen Team!!
I’m not one to leave reviews, but the service I received from Marcos for preventive maintenance on my mini-split system was outstanding. He was on time, courteous, friendly, funny and professional. I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this business to others. Marcos’ service was truly exceptional.
We have been getting service from Bob Jenson for years for AC maintenance. Just as the temperature is starting to heat up. Of course, our system was not making cool air. We got a next day appointment and Roy Villa showed up on time. He was courteous, professional and prompt. This is a great and reliable company that goes the extra mile.

We have never had a bad service man. They are always very attentive and very thorough and honest. And we have always been treated fairly and honestly by the business itself. I highly recommend this company. We have bought at least 2 units over the years with them and would not go anywhere else.
Found Bob Jenson on Yelp and decided to try their service last year. Roy Villa was our tech who correctly diagnosed the problem along with how to fix my AC unit. He was polite, professional and ready to answer all of your question as well as explain what he was doing which won us over as customers. Fast forward to today where he came in for our maintenance visit. He ran our system, went up the attic, checked every detail including replacing our air filters. All in all, I am very impressed and satisfied by the services provided by Roy Villa. I have nothing to say except praises on the way they conduct their business.
Roy V. replaced a bathroom fan and inspected our HVAC system. He was very helpful, respectful of our home, and friendly. Bob Jenson has been great!

While he was here, he was able to make some helpful suggestions related to my air conditioning system. I feel he went above and beyond in order to help me out. Cyrus Thomas did a great job on our biannual AC-Heat system’s maintenance —we have 2. He was on time, quick but thorough and pleasant. The cost for a Bob Jensen annual maintenance contract is fair and includes new filters. Highly Recommended!!!

Cyrus provided our family excellent service today. He checked both of our heating/cooling mini-splits and wrapped exposed hoses to protect them from sun damage.
