My roommate and I are renting a condo and we're given the green light to upgrade the thermostat to a smart one. Installation was easy enough but there was a problem with the wiring. I contacted a few companies but AirMaxx was so helpful, and offered me a couple suggestions over the phone. When I wasn't able to figure it out myself, Alex came by and fixed it right away. He took the time to explain the problem to me and even game me some tips for other stuff. I was so impressed with AirMaxx and am definitely recommending to my landlord for all his properties!

Called AirMaxx because of the very large umber of five star reviews. The old furnace no longer worked. Gilbert came out the next day, finding the broken fan was no longer available from Carrier, due to the age of the 30+ year old furnace. Gilbert explained my options in detail, answering all my questions. I opted for the highest efficiency Carrier furnace. The two AirMaxx installers removed the old furnace and installed the new one plus the new high tech thermostat. Very professional impressive neat work. Cleaned up the area nicely. I asked Gilbert to come back in a few days to show me directly how the new furnace and thermostat functioned. I am very pleased with the new advance technology furnace. So much quieter with the variable speed blower fan. No sudden surge of cold air each time the furnace starts up. The Internet connected thermostat allows me to control my heating and cooling system from my digital tablet. Cannot say enough about Gilbert. I highly recommend AirMaxx.

Breath of Fresh Air doing business with this company -Super trustworthy. No hard sells. I just want to give Kudos out to the technician; Vladimir and his representation of this company. Vladimir arrived on time, respectfully put booties over his shoes upon entering my home, asked me several questions pertaining to my issues, then immediately checked my air filters, hooked meters up to several vents throughout my home and a meter to my thermostat. He also checked fan/unit above my entry door, circuit breakers and the compressor unit on my roof. My heater is currently working, but it won't be long when I'll need to get a new compressor and I will definitely go with Airmaxx.

RECOMMEND HIGHLY. Family business. Low pressure sales force with creative ideas how to heat/cool our unusual floor plan. Considerably less expensive than competitors for much more complicated install. The were on time, quiet and kept the entire house clean during the install, an amazing feat. By bringing a team of six, they did the entire install in 1 1/2 days, including all new ductwork. Love our new 3-zone hybrid heat pump/gas system with additional mini-split. AirMaxx was on schedule and did a terrific job inspecting, repairing, an changing the filter on my home HVAC system. Ryan, the service tech, also identified some loose insulation that was severely restricting airflow. My system is running much, much, much better now. I also never got the runaround or an upsell which has been a problem with other companies I've used in the past. AirMaxx is an honest and affordable company. Highly recommended.

Alex was amazing! He fixed our heater within 15 min and provided very reasonable pricing, especially compared to Anderson Heating. He was knowledgeable, kind, professional, and honest. I fully trust his expertise and workmanship, and we won't be working with any other company from here on out. Several of my family members have also worked with AirMaxx and have had similarly positive experiences. If another company tries to say your entire system needs replacing, call AirMaxx for a much needed honest diagnosis. (or just skip those other companies entirely!) Anderson wanted us to get an entirely new $15k system or pay $4k in repairs, AirMaxx replaced a single part for $275 and our system will keep going for years. So happy to be warm again, and to not be facing a total system replacement any time soon, or unnecessarily. Thank you, Alex and AirMaxx!

I have only amazing things to say about Airmaxx! I contacted Alex with Airmaxx on a Sunday morning because my heater stopped working on one of the coldest weekends here in San Diego. Within a couple of hours, he sent his technician, Sam, to assess the status of the HVAC. Sam found the point of failure for the furnace, and it was decided that we needed to replace the unit. Sam also assessed the AC unit and the duct work in the attic - both of which we decided to ultimately replace. The very next morning, the Airmaxx team arrived and quickly got to work removing the old HVAC and installing the new one. The team was professional, efficient, quiet, and clean. I am truly so grateful to the Airmaxx staff for helping restore my heat so quickly and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Airmaxx for your heating and air conditioning needs. =)
