I had issues with my AC fan. Caleb was super thorough troubleshooting the problem and was great to work with. He provided his recommendations and explained everything step by step. I really appreciate that kind of service.

Caleb was fantastic. He arrived on time, fixed our AC quickly, and was very professional/easy to work with. After a terrible experience with another company in the area who purposely tried to mislead and quoted WAY too high, this was a breath of fresh air. Will be using ACS from now on for all of our properties.

Replacing our 10-year old AC unit and our 30-year old furnace because it was having issues with the burners and was leaking carbon monoxide not to mention the constant condensation nearly flooding our garage during heating cycles due to being a 90+ system so we happened to find Jason’s company on Craigslist and set up to try and get an estimate on purchasing and installing a new system. He was super responsive and scheduled an appointment with us as soon as our schedules allowed. Matched a competing quote from another business and was super flexible with scheduling. We’re a military family so scheduling for us is almost always an issue but he was able to do a Saturday install and gave us a very nice military discount! Jason was on hand the day of install which we were able to schedule almost immediately after finalizing the contract and the installers were super professional and informative during the install! I’ll definitely be recommending him to any friends for all their HVAC installation needs. Great people, great company!

Needed help to repair the A/C system, Brandon came out and was able to diagnose and make the adequate repair work needed on the same visit. I have recommended ACS to all my friends and family.
ACS was a pleasure to work with. Brandon was very knowledgeable and patient. After 24 years our AC finally gave out. ACS installed a new York AC, York Furnace and Honeywell Thermostat in our 100 year old house. They are all working well. The entire installation was completed in less than 1 day. Jacob, Randy and Tyler were very professional and took care of everything. Our York AC unit is much quieter and more energy efficient than our decades old AC was. I would definitely recommend ACS to other San Diego homeowners.

Jason is a super friendly guy that obviously knows what he's doing. He answered all our questions with great detail and helpful information. We were provided a great range of options and handed a very practical suggestion for our home needs. He is a real straight shooter and not out to oversell you on unnecessary extras or price gouge his clients. My thermostat, under warranty, went thru an unfortunate firmware upgrade from Bryant. While this was no fault of my own, I still had to pay for ACS to come out and diagnose the issue on site. As well, there was a secondary charge to come out and install the thermostat after it was received from Bryant. However, once the owner of ACS realized this, he called me and said he wouldn't accept my payment for the installation of the thermostat and tore up my check. Thanks for that! I appreciated this, and would definitely recommend using these guys.
Quickly responded to my heat pump issues diagnosed and remedied the issues in a professional and timely manner with a common sense approach refreshing not to be over charged or feel as though you’ve been taken advantage of highly recommend for your hvac needs
From beginning to end working with ACS was great. Jason and team walked us through the home and consulted/educated us on whats best for the space and kept our budget in mind. The installation team was respectful and left the place spotless. I received 10+ quotes and going with ACS was a no brainer. I’ll be going back to the team for any future needs!

We ran into some issues with our ancient AC and heating units and called out a couple of companies to give us quotes. Jason from ACS stood out from the group. He was very informative and transparent. Jason / ACS is FANTASTIC! Our AC unit started to fail so we shopped around and were very impressed with Jason’s professionalism and knowledge. We instantly felt comfortable with him and ended up replacing both our AC and furnace, including moving our furnace so we can create a coat closet, for a great price. The guys were very respectful, always used drop cloths and kept us informed of progress, including when it was about to be loud since I work from home on the phone often. The new AC works great and was even finished ahead of schedule. I can’t say enough great things about ACS!
