As a hvac owner contractor I've dealt with jim in the past at other locations . Jim has always been knowledge and helpful . When I saw him at ACPro I opened an account. On a recent install a piece of equipment was missing the product logo . I made a phone call to Jim and he personally drove a replacement logo iout to the job site . 😎👍👍 In today's times customer service is a lost practice. Much thanks to jim for going the extra mile . I'm just a small independent company and Im treated well at the El Cajon branch. This location is clean and well stocked. I was working with a customer trying to sell the Friedrich ductless unit . I phoned JP he used his personal phone to shoot me over a photo. Wow talking about goin the extra mile .
